3-Star Hotels in Rivazzurra

My wife and I stayed here last week for one night - but would love to come back and stay longer. Very near the amazing long beach south of Rimini (less than a block from the water). Rooms are very clean, new from the looks of things. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was decent size as far as European hotels go (have been in hotels with much smaller bathrooms). Best part was the breakfast you get. Cool system they have going - when you check in they give you a menu checklist for the next day's breakfast. Put your room number on it and give it to the front desk staff the night before, and they'll put together what your order is for you the next morning. No buffet spoilage or waste - you get exactly what you asked for. The front desk staff member who checked us in (sorry, forgot his name) was hilarious - he wanted to see LOTS of food being checked off on the breakfast order, and when we handed it in he seemed mock annoyed that it wasn't enough. Very friendly, willing to offer suggestions, call a cab, etc. Would highly recommend the place, although it is far from Rimini's historical centre (about 5 km away). Our room rate was also the cheapest for one night we stayed anywhere in northern Italy, so it helps with keeping budgets reasonable.

Sono stata con mia figlia nella settimana di ferragosto. Ho prenotato in questo hotel dopo aver letto le recensioni ,ma forse chi le ha scritte è troppo buono. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà come spesso succede. Vado nella riviera romagnola da tantissimi anni,a Rivazzurra la prima e ultima volta. Non c'è un bel lungomare come si trova a Torre pedrera o Viserba,ecc... C'è un solo marciapiede dove è impossibile camminare la sera quando c'è gente.Tornando all'albergo...punti positivi : prezzo (mi hanno fatto 40€ di sconto perché prenotando dal sito c'era questa offerta) e Elena alla reception che è stupenda, il cibo buono e lo staff in sala capitanati da Fabio tutti stupendi. Punti negativi: il bagno è sicuramente da rivedere perché il box doccia era penzolante e avevamo paura a chiuderlo,la finestra era piccolissima e non con un infisso ma con delle piccole lastre di vetro basculanti ma comunque se non ci fosse stata sarebbe stato uguale e siamo state 4 giorni con una luce che si accendeva per 10 minuti e poi moriva!!! Abbiamo fatto presente questa cosa dopo 2 ore dal nostro arrivo ma ci sono voluti 4 giorni per cambiare la lampadina nonostante avessi sollecitato altre 2 volte. Io capisco che il periodo è sicuramente critico,ma se non si riesce a soddisfare la clientela, prendete meno gente...nella sala pasti i tavoli erano attaccati uno all'altro. E poi il parcheggio praticamente è un casino,l'albergo dispone di pochissimi posti e nei dintorni era tutto pieno....insomma, mai più il Veliero ma mai più anche Rivazzurra.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la posizione e per tutti i servizi decantati, avendo con noi un bambino di 1 anno..dalla descrizione sembrava eccezionale per i più piccoli, offrendo ( secondo loro) un sevizio di pappette, merende e latte prima della nanna. Macché! Con i più piccoli ti devi arrangiare, nonostante gli avessi comprato io la pastina e gli omogeneizzati alla richiesta di una pasta in bianco si sono presentati con delle penne al burro, hamburger crudo e salatissimo,merenda con pane e nutella, (alla richiesta di uno yogurt mi hanno detto che non era compreso)nemmeno un microonde per scaldare il latte! Per non parlare del menù, passati di verdure minestre e brodino per gli adulti ad agosto!!! ( decantando scelte di pesce e carne sia a pranzo che cena) mangiato bene solo a ferragosto!Stanze piccole e sporche, bagno con doccia inesistente che manco nelle peggiori betole! Mai più siamo andati via un giorno prima per non subire altre torture!! Non fate come noi leggete le recensioni prima di prenotare!!!
