La struttura a gestione familiare molto bella ma ha bisogno di ammodernamento. Propietario e personale gentilissimi, cibo squisito e porzioni abbondanti. Ha a disposizione una piscina a disposizione dei clienti. Ritornerei volentieri.

delusione in relazione alla mancata cura dei dettagli nelle camere e soprattutto nei bagni: porta saponi non puliti, soffione della doccia con tanto tanto calcare ( e quindi poca fuoriuscita di acqua), mini lavandino con acqua che non defluiva, ciambella del water sistemata con silicone sulle evidenti crepe. Colazione servita su bicchieri in plastica..... insomma, se la tranquillità ci ha permesso di riposare bene, il resto, da rivedere, totalmente

La camera non è detto che sia quella in foto. Ottima pulizia, colazione ottima. Mi aspettavo un piccolo frigo in camera, ma non ci sono stati problemi ad utilizzare il frigo al piano terra. Parcheggio interno, molta disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta.
Forse, le sbarre di ferro a bordo letto, sono un po’ fastidiose (solo nello scendere dal letto).

Non so da dove iniziare, le camere sono sporche, impolverate e con ragnatele. Gli esterni sono poco curati, piscina in pessime condizioni, sporca e abbiamo anche trovato di mattina presto dei ratti che stavano nuotando. Lo schifo totale!!! 0 igiene, assolutamente sconsigliato, l’unica cosa buona è il prezzo basso data la scarsa qualità del servizio. Spero di esservi stata utile.

Penultimo giorno di vacanza nel country hotel "la padronale del rivo"...... Se desiderate una vacanza in un luogo in cui sentirsi a casa è il posto giusto, gestito come da una grande famiglia dal titolare al personale di servizio (Michele, il proprietario, una persona speciale che sin dà subito ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo parte della loro famiglia, disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente - - - la sig. Ra Nuccia, cordiale e gentile si dedica alle colazioni e alle pulizie--- la sig. Ra Anna ci ha deliziato con le Sue cene (tipiche del posto) abbondanti e squisite (ogni sera un menù diverso e mai ripetitivo)--- Amza, cameriere gentilissimo, disponibile e risolutivo. Tutti hanno avuto anche tantissima pazienza con i nostri bimbi di quasi due e cinque anni ( anche loro volevano ritornare "a casa" (il country house) dopo le escursioni mattutine): si sentivano liberi e sicuri di giocare nel giardino e nell'intera struttura e soprattutto nella piscina con annesso spazio verde dotato di sdraio, ombrelloni e bar sempre aperto. Situato in un posto strategico per visitare le principali città e borghi dell'Umbria. Grazie a tutto lo staff! Serena, Francesco, Matteo (il torello), Daniele.
