I do not recommend staying at this hotel under any circumstances. I have been a world traveler for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly as this hotel in my entire life. They are not accommodating at all, especially with check-in times. The front desk assured us of the possibility of the later check-in (which was convenient and the only option for us due to other engagements in the city), then later came back on his words as we were away and left us out on the street at 2am! Despite our booking, they allegedly had "no availability". We were literally left on the streets with our bag in winter to find... Extremely unprofessional, rude, and the worst business practices I’ve ever experienced. And this is my first time writing a bad review... I sincerely hope no one will ever have to experience such frustration again... Don’t stay here if you’re reading this, they don’t deserve your business or money. I’ve stayed at similar prices/cheaper hotels all around Saudi and never faced these sorts of issues.
