This was my 2nd time staying at this property in two years. We chose them for their pet friendly policy and closeness to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately the property is no longer looking modern nor feeling fresh. Our room carpets were badly stained and the room reeked of a **** smell. Nevertheless the staff was helpful and welcoming.

This property was clean but very dated and run down. It was in a great location for our needs.

The parking lot lights were so bright and the curtains did not prevent the glare from streaming in. The toilet seat was loose and slide around while seated. Property very close to the highway, can also hear trucks all day/night.

booked for two nights instead of taking the money off my card up front like any regular hotel they waited until checkout to call me saying my card wasn’t working I went back to the hotel to experience the worst customer service ever the workers were trying to fight also using racial slurs towards us ! I’m glad I didn’t pay for the entire stay after this incident never again !!!! Also stated I stole from the snack shop I never took anything they emailed me a receipt of items being purchased that they said I “ stole ”

Property needs udating, very run down. I am surprised by the rating on *******. Fitness center was closed, pool was closed when we first arrived. The manager did her best to have it opened by 5p.m.
