The room is nice, very clean, comfortable to sleep, everything is available, very convenient, no smell, very quiet, there is a security guard outside, convenient transportation, convenient to the airport and travel

we arrived at the red roof about 11 pm (check in was 3pm) and had to pay extra for a room since the room we had booked was taken and didn't a have microwave and fridge, upon entering, the room had a foul odor and after checking the beds we saw they were both extremely dirty one even had a blood stain! there was a dirty sock under the bed and the phone to call the front desk did not even work. once my husband went to the front desk to complain and request new sheets the man in the front desk told us he did not have any clean ones and all he did was write my complains down! i was forced to sleep in a dirty room with my kids. the following morning we requested a refund and checked out 2 days later still no refund!!!!!

Check-in was easy, wouldn't stay again because I found a roach on the bathroom floor. Sketchy people there at night time.
