Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park - Sonoma County

The property and room were very clean, I would definitely stay here again. Tristin at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Staff was great continental breakfast was about one of the best that we’ve had only complaint is the rumor we stayed. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the people walking up and down the hallway and we must’ve been right below a service elevator, or a housekeeping storage room, because Doors opened all day and all night. Would stay here again just ask not in room 311.

Very friendly staff. Jennifer welcomed us with a warm smile 😊 Ask the purpose of the trip so she can guide us (w/ my 9yo) to what other fun places are around. We said we plan to visit Charles S.Chultz museum and children museum in front of it. Jennifer added there’s also a Scandia for kids close by the hotel.

Great service from Jennifer. We all enjoyed are stay. Thank you very much for having us. Jennifer made us feel welcome and helped us at any time we needed help. I will be returning to this location for the service that was provided. Have a wonderful weekend.

Friendly Staff, clean Facilities.

As a Hilton Diamond member we’ve been told if we ask for it, we are to be given the “day-rate” which is always less expensive then the rate that is shown when booking the hotel on the app. The manager would not give us the day rate which was 50.00 cheaper. We stay over 120 nites with Hilton brand each year, we are lifetime diamond members. Life time diamond members can also get a bigger discount. The front desk person was very friendly and tried her best to give us this rate. The manager said give then the # to the general manager and they can call it. More or less just passing the buck instead of having a satisfied lifetime Hilton honors diamond member.,

The lobby attendants are very friendly and the room surpassed all expectations. The morning breakfast was delicious and the afternoon cookies were something to look forward to everyday. Housekeeping made sure my room was straight and in order with clear trash cans. I very much enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn.
