"The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me with recommendations for many great food spots near Puning. The room was very clean and quiet at night since it didn't face the main road. However, it's directly opposite a shopping center. The internet was fast. Free and convenient parking was available right downstairs. It was easy to rent an electric scooter to go out for food. The hotel also has a free laundry room. The cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) place near the hotel was delicious, and their chili sauce was very fragrant! The front desk even helped me with a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The room rate was also very reasonable. I'll definitely be back to Puning to eat again next time."

The resort hot spring park is not far from the guest room, it is very convenient to go back and forth, the staff service is intimate and thoughtful, the package is full of hot spring tickets, and friends are strongly recommended for short trips in Panlong Bay."

"The room is very old, the carpet is dirty, the sofa cover is cracked and one side of the seat is dented. The faucet will open automatically after being turned off. After studying for a long time, I can only twist it to the far right to lock it. It’s just that everything is too old. However, during the Chinese New Year, this one is the cheapest among the more formal hotels in Puning, and there are no other options. At 10 o'clock that night, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that there was no problem with the equipment. Maybe everyone was gathering together to use it and asked me to wait. At 12:30, there was still no hot water, so I went to bed directly. As a Cantonese, this is the first time since I was 3 years old that I went to bed without taking a shower🙃"
