Very good location and good communication with the host. Bear in mind it doesn’t have a reception and that you will have to pay city tax at the place. The room was ok, but some things that I didn’t liked. There were ants, the toilette wasn’t lean when we arrived and there was a horrible smell. The sheets didn’t smell well either. You could notice that were washed (bc they were ironed - I hope so) but smelled as used. The bed was comfortable despite being old. Very nice Terrance and silence building.

This property is good overall and located in good location where you get to all attractions within 30 mins . Few things i felt not great like some amenities which are marked as available when booking but i had to ask them . Getting into property was not a great exp as it was on 4th floor and no lights from entrance until 4th floor so bit unsafe .

The location, at the southern end of the Trastavere was perfect. We were in within walking range of all of the sites. We could be in a quaint square within seconds of walking out of the door, but the real touristy hoard of people were far away. The apartment was quaint and nicely decorated. Having a balcony veranda was wonderful. The air conditioning (very important as it was 100 degrees) functioned well. Bathrooms were updated. Everything was clean. The cleaning staff and owner were friendly and kind. It was a perfectly wonderful place to stay in Rome. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Originally we had some issues with the booking, moving rooms, but Simone the owner did a wonderful job of coming by and assuaging any fears or problems and took care of us.

Fantastic stay. Very helpful and kind owners, very nice and clean room, equipped with all the comforts you would want in a stay in Rome. In Trastevere, very close to nightlife, restaurants, perfect. In 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach all the most important monuments. Excellent!!!

The location is excellent, in a quiet street and 300m from the bus stop. Our room was nice, certainly they focused more on aesthetics than functionality and I can't help but list some negatives: dark room with poor artificial lighting (at least on the mirror of the sink you would need a light that allows you to make up) , socket near the mirror not working, broken tub faucet, lack of a soap dish in the shower, automatic irrigation in the terrace which ends up flooding it. If I could have quietly turned a blind eye to all this, I can't say the same about the layer of mold and limescale on the rain shower head. In spite of everything, my evaluation would have been positive overall had it not been for an issue with the owner. The day after our arrival, we find a post-it note in the room that says to call the owner urgently and on the phone I am told that according to the cleaning staff it was certainly smoked in the room. We had been out and about all day and only came back to sleep at 2 am; if we wanted to smoke it would have been enough to go out on the terrace, but we didn't smoke inside or outside. Given the temperatures and having been to a concert we would not have come back clean and perfumed, and the clothes could smell of smoke, but we also went back to the room after breakfast at the bar, before they went through the cleaning, and I think I would have noticed if there was. it was a nauseating smell as it was reported. Frankly it was mortifying and in all the stays I have done I have never received any kind of observation. Reading that others have had misunderstandings with the owners, I can't help but think it was a pretext to charge us penalties, otherwise I don't know why to persist with those accusations.

Too expensive for what it offers. This is a guest house and not a B&B. There is no breakfast and in the room that is rented as a triple they should put a cot and not an old and uncomfortable sofa. After spending the first sleepless night, the second we slept in 3 of us in the double bed and despite having reported it, we were not given any discount. There is no wardrobe and they had turned off the heating even though it was early March and the temperatures were still cold. We also reported this and on the second day they turned on the heating. In short, they charge a lot but what they offer guests is really the minimum wage.

I booked a stay with free cancellation and payment to the property through **********. They charged me €134 on my credit card (they couldn't because the credit card was only to guarantee the booking and the payment was to the property) for a booking of €194. I canceled the reservation within the free cancellation deadline and after a week I still have not received the refund. They don't answer the phone numbers neither to me nor to ********** nor to my emails. If it was a serious establishment there was no need to call them for a refund. Don't book, they'll only steal your money!!!

The structure has an optimal location, between Trastevere and Porta Portese. My room was furnished with a lot of recycled material from the markets, nothing bad of course, but one of the two beds, a sofa bed, perhaps the interior designer went a little beyond the limit... Check in is everything self between whatsapp and various codes, but on the other hand we need to keep management costs down... (the room has a low cost) The owner is fake nice, but the friendliness was not included in the package but if she had notified me the night before of departure, on the check-in methods and not during the trip, the threat of immediate refund of the booking while the trip was in progress could have been avoided. However, everything is an experience and in the end with the booking intervention we understood each other and everything went Well.
