Horrível a experiência o hotel simplesmente cancelou a minha reserva de 2 quartos que JÁ ESTAVA PAGA , mais de 20 mil reais, 2 dias antes, sem maiores explicações. Como eu estava na Itália, liguei no hotel e o recepcionista foi grosso comigo e disse que os quartos estavam "quebrados" e que eu me resolvesse com o site *******. No fim, tive que encontrar as pressas um hotel em Roma para 5 pessoas e gastar um dinheiro inesperado enquanto aguardo o reembolso do site. Um ABSURDO!!! Este hotel NÃO É CONFIÁVEL. É UMA ARMADILHA!! CUIDADO!!

Camera non troppo grande ma con tutti i confort. Molto pulita. Colazione ricca e abbondante con un ottimo caffè. Possibilità di posteggio e navetta per il centro città. Personale gentile ed attento. Posizione leggermente decentrata ma per questo molto tranquilla.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was incredible! It costs about 40-50€ to Uber into the city from here, but it was worth it.

O hotel é muito agradável, construção nova e ou completamente reformada, simples, com conforto e limpeza. O ambiente é aconchegante, ainda mais pelo atendimento dos colaboradores tão atenciosos, destaque para Simone que tornou nosso jantar muito mais agradável! Café da manhã honesto e diversificado! Ótima experiência em Roma!

Sono stata in questo Hotel in occasione del concerto dei Coldplay. Posso dire solo cose positive: posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi l’Olimpico, camere ampie e pulite, terrazza. Una nota particolare per i receptionist che sono di una gentilezza squisita, sempre con il sorriso e disponibilissimi nel fornire indicazioni, consigli su come spostarsi, chiamare taxi ecc.

Siamo stati una notte in questo albergo. Siamo stati bene. Personale gentile e professionale. Colazione eccellente ed abbondante. Stanza pulita ma non molto grande. Servizio parcheggio interno a pagamento comodo per chi viene in auto.

Absolutely disappointing hotel.. staff very rude.. power cut in the night .. in 30 degree temperature had to stay in hotel without AC .. dont waste your money by booking it.. non cooperative and not worth it hotel. Should be a big no 0 rating from me.. never saw such a bad hotel..

Hotel gives a bit of a hostel look….the rooms is small it does not accommodate 3 people comfortably…it was extremely hot with no ventilation in the bathroom you have to open the balcony door to let the steam out…..I was told that the room was hot because the hotel was full…we suffered through the night it was so exhausting that I left a day earlier than planned
