AWESOME!!!! I booked a room a month before the day of arrival in Rome via booking, I found myself 12 hours before my arrival, the CANCELLATION of the room via email saying that the payment card had been refused/rejected so I tried to call more the structure times to understand what had happened but without an answer. So I thought of contacting booking who contacted the structure and the explanation was that the transaction was refused because the card was not valid (I would like to point out that the payment had to be made in the structure but I was explained that a few days before the structure would have had to verify on the card the actual validity of the total amount of the room but that the charge would have been temporary and the amount returned). SO I FOUND MYSELF WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION ONE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL WITHOUT EVEN A CALL!! Then I had to book a hotel with prepayment by card...... AND MAGICALLY MY CARD WORKS. WILL IT BE A CASE?? OR WAS THE ROOM NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING????

As a first visit to Rome I will remember it!!! You arrive at the location and no one!!! You go upstairs and no one!!!! You wait an hour and still no one!!!! You look for another hotel that you pay for and they refuse a refund for a room that was not occupied!!! €480!!!!! A real scam!!! I'm still waiting for the refund!!!!

Ho prenotato 2 notti in questa struttura con un anticipo di circa due settimane. 2 giorni prima della data di arrivo, mi arriva una notifica di Booking nella quale mi si dice che la struttura ha rifiutato la mia carta di credito inserita come garanzia di prenotazione e mi si invita ad aggiornare i dati di pagamento. Indispettita, li reinserisco. Il giorno dopo, altro rifiuto. Chiamo la struttura per avere delucidazioni e il gestore o chi per lui mi interrompe subito sostenendo di sapere già chi ero e quale era la mia situazione. Mi dice che loro, in quelle date, saranno chiusi per Covid. Faccio presente che la notizia mi spiazzava e che mi metteva abbastanza in difficoltà ma il ragazzo, con aria saccente e tono, a mio parere, piuttosto arrogante, mi invita a richiedere la cancellazione su Booking. Mi chiedo come sarebbe finita se non avessi chiamato. Fortunatamente non ho soggiornato in questa struttura , ma la sconsiglio vivamente. In primis, per la scorrettezza e mancata comunicazione. In secundis, per la quasi maleducazione con cui ci si approccia ai clienti.

Room and bathroom full of mold, hygiene which should be a fundamental point, especially in this period, not achieved. Missing door in the shower cubicle, broken shower holder, shampoo and shower gel from any discount store, very little hand soap and diluted with a lot of water. Check-in was painful, it seemed like the guy was doing us a favor. Door key locked, calling the owner or manager, he put the excuse that he was a person like me and therefore not received. Never ever again, very not recommended!!
