Staff was super friendly. However, they regulate the AC which is HORRIBLE! Could not get good rest on at least 2 of our 3 nights due to the room being extremely hot.

The place is isolated and not much around it. No restaurants on property or close by. They do serve a nice brekfast though. The rooms are small and if you stay on the second floor there is no elevator so you have to carry the heavy luggage up the steps. We did enjoy our stay there, but is was just a place to stay as there is nothing there to do or anything around it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Camera vecchia e datata, molto sporca, soprattutto le lenzuola, sporchissime! Un disagio unico anche solo sedersi su di esso. Per non parlare della scomodità. Siamo molto scontenti. Apparenza bella struttura, qualità molto bassa. Non consigliamo se cercate comodità e pulizia.

Very nice and quiet hotel. All staff members ( receptioniste, cleaning ladies, the breakfast lady…) were very polite and helpfull with a smile. Special tthanks to receptionist Sylvia. Extensive breakfast for Italian standards. Easily reacheable with public transport.

We come to Rome for work and every now and then we stop in this hotel just outside the ring road. simple, clean, with a good quality/price ratio, having a car allows us to move freely. courteous and helpful staff, in short we got along well

Retro and rustic in decor, well-kept exterior with several parking spaces. Convenient just a few minutes from the center and the Gra. Clean rooms and friendly staff, it has no internal restaurant but one within walking distance. Breakfast so and so but overall we will return

We stayed for two nights at the hotel for my graduation, what can I say? Very beautiful and evocative, a converted farmhouse with all the comforts for travellers. Very friendly staff, a little less so the owner! Very clean and tidy! We stayed in a mini apartment with 2 rooms and a bathroom and we were comfortable! Small flaw are the bathtubs, each shower is a lake, given that there are curtains! Good breakfast both savory and sweet and good prices, the tourist tax in my opinion is a waste in all hotels! I would happily return....

The room assigned to us was really very cold, we were told that the municipality of Rome prohibits turning on radiators before November 15th but, strangely, in the reception room the air was mild. Luckily they provided us with a few extra blankets but as we couldn't stay in the room except under the covers we didn't enjoy it.

A good structure located in a peripheral area but close to the GRA, strategic for its location and tranquility. Furnishings perhaps a little dated but spacious, clean and well-functional rooms. Normal breakfast for a three-star hotel without particular praise, friendly staff
