房東很客氣，解決了一些問題，但是整體是真的離譜…
入住體驗：我滴老天，隔壁吵了一晚上。一會是大聲放音樂，一會是大聲打電話，其實就是房間隔音太差了。
整體都是遠程給你開樓下開門，指導你，從未出現一個工作人員，英語不好或者嫌麻煩的建議直接放棄。麻煩的要命，不停的打字打電話，全程自助。當然這種服務模式可以，但是麻煩標註出來啊，搞得好像有前台一樣（實際沒有），不知道誰在虛假宣傳。
整體：整個意大利定的最差的地方。攜程能不能別把這種房子掛上來，出於對平台的信任就沒有繼續多研究，結果踩大雷。
房間：黴味和奇怪的味道很重。窗簾側面好大一個縫。

stay three nights.Very good location,but,no much service at all.No hot water at first day and no cups to use brush teeth. Very old building, no front desk at all.

We arrived an hour early and upon calling there was a bit of an issue letting us in. But once that was sorted, it was smooth sailing. The room is a good size, the bathroom very big, clean and modern. The beds were comfy and air con worked well. Daniel, the owner, was great and let us keep our luggage there after we had checked out for the day in the secure foyer. It was much appreciated and really good customer service. It’s in a perfect location being so close to Roma Tiburtina station- literally a 5 min walk. The building is secure and there is a ramp and lift for luggage. Can’t go wrong. There’s also a balcony with a table and chairs set up which is a nice touch.

Mi sono fermato una sola notta nell'appartamentino intero del 5° piano. La struttura da fuori è un po' datata e pure le zone comuni dell'edificio sono un po' danneggiate, ma l'appartamento all'interno è meraviglioso. Completamente rinnovato. Letto bellissimo, divano comodo, bagno grande, tutti ambienti spaziosi. Macchina del caffè Lavazza di ottima qualità, una TV in camera, una in soggiorno. Ero per lavoro e mi sono rilassato un sacco, meglio di un albergo.
