Cozy place, comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Matteo (the host) was very kind and recommended us good restaurants and bars. St. Peter’s, Vatican Museum, Castel San Angelo are in walking distance, as well the metro station Ottaviano.

Located in the center of Rome, from the window you can see the dome of St. Peter and two minutes from St. Peter's Square. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and the owner is always available to solve any problem. Highly recommended

Stay from October 7 to October 14, 2023. Very well located. A stone's throw from the Vatican, 30 minutes' walk from Trastevere. And 3 minutes from Castello San Angelo (worth the detour, superb view) Matteo gives very good advice and is very friendly. Breakfast, I found it sufficient Room very pretty and clean We will return one day

Nice guest room, very clean room for 3 people. Very comfortable bedding and very welcoming and attentive staff. Top location 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. The only downside is the breakfast, which is quite limited.

Small but very comfortable B&B. The finely furnished room, although not very large, but enough to stay in comfortably, is equipped with all comforts, mini bar, safe, Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning (although there was no need given these beautiful October days); spacious bathroom with emotional shower. The breakfast is normal (but the owner is available to satisfy any request). The location behind the Vatican walls is excellent, a few steps from Castel Sant'Angelo. Both the owner and his collaborator were very kind. I will certainly prefer it to other B&Bs where I have stayed in previous visits to Rome.

The area is unsafe, we could not lock the door, elevator did not work. no staffs to call. We ended up moving to a different hotel. When called later for a refund, the owner denied all, even though we had photos to prove it.
******* was not helpful either. We have to take it up with our credit card company.

Mateo was a perfect host! We enjoyed our breakfasts of cappuccinos and cornetti, yogurt and juice. He even made us a delicious Greek banana yogurt cake one morning which was to die for! He gave us advice on where to visit in the city and where to eat which we very much appreciated. Thankful for such a comfortable place to stay after our long travel. The map Mateo provided was also invaluable to our experience exploring Rome.
