We visited Rome between 27th - 31st August 2024. Three star hotel but fully met all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Though we spent most of our days to visit the attraction sites, in the evening it would have been nice to watch some TV to wind down and so a couple of english speaking channels would have been beneficial - though this did not impact our stay. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for looking after us during our stay.

It's a very good hotel. The best thing is the lounge. It has self-service coffee and tea, and a warm Italian service. The English is also very standard, with almost no accent. It's very close to Termini and within walking distance. For travelers in Rome, is a great choice

Very kind hotel, let us check in hours early, we had come intending just to drop our bags, but they had a room ready already. They had a great breakfast buffet available in the morning. Croissants of all kinds, meats, cheeses, cereals and fruit juice. Wonderful.
Only complaint? Blanket was the same fabric as the curtains. Weird.

The hotel is old and the beds full of spiders, I woke up with several in the bed and walking by me, the curtain and the bed were full too, the mattress is terrible Lack of respect for customers, I did not get solutions not to mention that they got my order wrong reservation, and breakfast they don't replenish when it ends, it starts at 7 am and ends at 10 am so if you intend to eat, wake up at 7 am.
