Siamo arrivati in tarda serata, e pur essendo fuori orario dal check in , siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e molta professionalità da Pamela che ci ha consegnato la chiave della stanza e ci ha spiegato come muoverci all'interno dell'hotel. Pur essendo un Hotel di periferia ci siamo mossi tranquillamente con la nostra auto. Una pecca dell'hotel, bagno troppo piccolo, bidè non utilizzabile. The Bright is a hotel that in my opinion offers a service with a very interesting quality-price ratio. Cozy, clean, quite spacious rooms. I originally booked a single room, which was too small and having to stay for a long period, I opted for a double room for single use. Monica at the reception, a textbook problem solver, immediately managed the "critical issue" by quickly accommodating me on the room change. Another special mention, the girls on the floors, Tommasa and Desirè, always very attentive and kind, a staff that any hotel manager would like to have on their staff. What else can I add, other than that my experience in this hotel was positive and I can only recommend it. Ps: please, when you register at check in, you will be given two codes to open the gate and hotel entrance; keep them safe, as on public holidays and after 9pm the reception is not staffed.
