Front desk Staff are helpful and welcoming. They are able to communicate well in English. Rooms are a bit tight but workable for 2 people. The hotel is located in a residential area close to a bus stop and train station (approx 10 minutes walk to local subway station). It is a 5 minute ride to Vatical Museum station (short walk from there). Similarly, you can take a train (with one change) and reach Colosseum in approx 25 minutes. Metro/subway train connects well to most tourist spots. You can either pruchase 1.50 Euros per ride or get a daily pass. I would recommend this hotel who does not mind a 10 minute walk to station (safe neighbourhood). Since it is in a quiet residential area, not too many restaurant options.

The hotel is very close to the Vatican, said to be ordinary but given a house with a balcony. There are no slippers in the hotel. Although there is no breakfast, breakfast can be eaten directly at the restaurant without paying separately. The main guests of the hotel are German senior tour groups. The air conditioner can't be turned on, and the bathroom has heating on this day, which is very strange.

My husband and I stayed at this Guest House. We were very happy with the service. Francesco was absolutely wonderful. He answered all questions, made great restaurant suggestions, gave directions, and he helped us get to the hotel when were completely lost and twisted around in Rome. Room was comfortable and very clean. We had wifi and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to Vatican City, you can see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica from the restaurant on the top floor. Fully equipped with kettle, quilts, etc. It’s a good place to stay when traveling to the Vatican

Except for the morning staff member with a barb that is patient and only answers with ”NO” to some of my questions, the other staff members are very patient. The night service staff is excellent. The first day, when the air conditioning in my room was wrong, they helped me quickly to move to a new room. They were also very patient to help me find them. The room is quite pleasant, because it is clean, ordered and comfortable. Breakfast is suitable and fills the stomach, but nothing extraordinary. The room is not bad, clean and tidy, breakfast is generally full, each room has a balcony but the view is the general street. The service staff members, except for the bearded morning employee who lacks patience and responds to some of my inquiries with a curt ”no,” are very patient. The evening service staff is excellent. When the air conditioning in my room broke down on the first day, the evening service staff promptly helped me upgrade to a new room. They were also very patient in assisting me to locate my lost items. The room itself is quite pleasant, being clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and filling, but unremarkable.
