They had given my room to somebody else and so they had no room for me in-spite of paying advance on make my trip. They shifted me to a nearby guest house for a day. This is so embarrassing and insulting that inspite of booking and paying advance on make my trip, they did not hon-our the commitment. I would think twice before booking on make my trip.

Ok ok experience, the hotel is famous for its bar & food, however room stay services can be improved, the staff is ok but the room size, room & washroom cleaniness are the areas for imprivement

Room is good, clean but with no ventilation also considering rs 2500 room it was quite small and closed packed

Hotel is located on the main road so easily accessible. All the prime locations like bus stand, iit roorkee etc. Are within 5 mins of driving. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. Didn’t have buffet in breakfast but ala carte ordered food was good.
