Alegria Fenix Family

We arrived on a Monday and it was raining heavily, but we were able to park at the door. It is easy to park next to the hotel, at least in May, which is when we went, there was always space in front or at the back entrance of the hotel, which is appreciated if you have to carry several suitcases, etc... Although we arrived before 2:00 p.m., the supposed check-in time, they let us into the room more than an hour in advance. The room was bigger than expected, with a kitchen and everything. The views were not of the sea, but of the mountains, and frankly it is amazing to wake up seeing such a landscape. We had breakfast included because the difference in cost was ridiculous and to be honest I wasn't expecting much. However, the surprise was that it is a buffet breakfast and there is practically everything. To make a point, sometimes you have to look at the glasses and plates carefully because they look a little dirty and you have to change them. But otherwise the food is luxurious and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel pool is very cool, with a slide and children's area and a fairly large area for adults. It also has a heated pool with quite warm water which, although it is not wonderful, works quite well if you have cooler days like us. The hotel itself is nice, it is quite clean and the service is very pleasant. To also add a drawback to the room, the bedspreads are horrible. I think they gave them a discount on awning fabric and they put awnings on the beds as well. It is a five minute walk from the beach. It is a quiet place and the staff was fantastic, always friendly and smiling. Furthermore, although in the reservation they stated that check-out is at 10:00, at the hotel they told us that they actually leave until 12:00, so they gave us more peace of mind to prepare things. Without a doubt in a place that I recommend and where I will return if I have the opportunity.

Hemos estado con la familia en esta ultima semana de junio de 2024, el hotel respecto a el año pasado a cambiado totalmente a peor,tanto en limpieza en el comedor ,como colas para la bebida de media hora o más en el comedor... Los vasos sucios daba asco beber en ellos,comida pésima. El chiringuito de la piscina cerrado pagar un todo incluido y no poder disfrutar de el correctamente. Seguro que no volveré a repetir.

Fuimos a pasar unos días a este hotel y el servicio , limpieza, comida etc...fatal una gran decepción que nos llevamos mi familia y yo personalmente no volveré . No es ni muchisimo menos un hotel de 4 estrellas , las zonas de piscina mal cuidadas ....

Pésimo estado el hotel piscinas en tan mal estado que parecía charcas de ranas más que piscina colas en comedor a todas horas tanto en desayuno como comida y cena y si ya con todo esto es poco el buffet más impresentable que he visto yo en mi corta historia de hoteles con más de cincuenta hoteles que he podido visitarla comida pésima y mucha en mal estado incomible así que no me esperen más en el hotel y si le tengo quedar un bueno en alga es en la animación demasiada bien para el pésimo servicio que da y para mí humilde opinión a este hotel le sobra una estrella o .... Ahí lo dejo mi recomendación no es para que la gente no vaya al hotel es para que el hotel cambie

En general bien, hay mucha review negativa y no lo consideré así. Las habitaciones bien, lo unico qué ese finde qué fuimos habia mucha gente y en el buffet sufrimos. Pagamos el pack de bebida ilimitada y no pudimos disfrutarla, pues para pedir una cerveza Una media de 15 min de cola, pues para mi gusto la atención de la barra era muy lenta...y da igual si ibamos a primera hora...pero la comida toda buena y variedad y la mejor fidegua que he probado nunca!

Llegamos a las 11, nos dicen que el check in es a las 2, hasta ahí comprendemos, pero no nos da opción a entrar a los restaurantes y nos tenemos que ir fuera a comer, con 2 niños pequeños, llegamos a las 2 y media hasta las 4 y media no nos dan habitación ni explicaciónes y la respuesta de la que parecía ser la jefa de recepción es que la entrada es A PARTIR DE LAS 2 que si tardan más en dar las habitaciones ese no es su problema

Malo, no. Lo siguiente. No es necesario decir nada mas, pero como hay que dar doscientos caracteres, pues hay que escribir, larguísimas colas, mala calidad de las comidas, mala calidad del servicio, mala calidad de.... TODO.

Pues la verdad k deja mucho que desear el hotel y sus instalaciones no nos gustó mucho ni a mí ni a mí familia k fuimos aunque es económico pero no volvería la verdad se puede mejorar muchas cosas los colchones por ejemplo
