Excellent beach hotel
Excellent hotel with very nice pool, great rooms and excellent buffet. Beach with Sun loungers and umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price. Always free parking spaces around the hotel available.

localisation idéale en front de mer et proximité à pieds des commerce, chambres spacieuses et confortables. excellente organisation. serait-il possible de mieux renseigner les plats proposés, on a parfois du mal à s'y retrouver.

Decepcionante
Comida muy repetitiva y a falta de muchos productos sobre todo en el desayuno. Un dia recuerdo que no habia pan.
Apartamentos super espaciosos y bien conservados.
La animación para los niños tambien deja mucho que esperar.

Best Roquetas May 2021
Stayed for 2 weeks in a lateral sea view apartment. Serviced every day. Good size with a large balcony and very clean and comfortable.
Would certainly stay in it again.
Restaurant was a bit too busy with tables not always available but was good value.

Todo genial, hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, las animadoras fantásticas, nos hemos apuntado casi a todo y hemos echado unos ratos fantásticos y muchas risas! Hemos conocido gente estupenda que hacen que disfrutes más aún de la estancia
En cuanto a la limpieza es destacable que estaba todo como la patena además que por dónde andaras olía a limpio
El desayuno muy bien, lo típico, que para desayunar no se necesita mucho más de lo que allí había, bastante variedad y sobretodo cantidad
Y la cena era un poco floja pero variada también, se notaba la diferencia del fin de semana al resto de la semana, pero lo que hubiese siempre estaba bueno
He de destacar que tuvimos un problema y tuvimos que irnos un día antes y en recepción se portaron muy bien

Great Customer Service
Beautiful hotel on beach, great staff and very helpful, our air conditioning wasn’t working. Spent a couple of hours and 2 men trying to fix but couldn’t , so got another room upgraded and a free buffet diner for our troubles. Great Hotel, would stay again

Best Roquetas September 2023
Pros...nice big apartment, very comfortable beds, fantastic views from our balcony, quiet room on top floor, fab location right at the beach, brilliant maid service and bed linen and towels changed frequently
Cons...the apartment needs updating. The equipment and furniture was sparse, there should be a non smoking area at the pool, the lifts were very slow
Apart from these few grumbles, we had a lovely stay and will book again sometime

Un hotel muy grande desastroso
Hotel muy grande con falta de personal en buffet.
Las habitaciones tipo apartamento están genial, el personal de recepción muy profesional, pero el buffet es un desastre, no te quitan los platos. La comida en general es incomible, exceptuando el wok que el chico lo hace genial. Un 10 por el. Creo que de los 6 dias que estuve acabe comiendo solo wok ya que el resto era penoso.
En el desayuno me paso un par de veces que se acababan productos tan elementales como el pan. Hay solo una chica haciendo huevos,tortillas y tortitas y después de esperar 10 min dice que no le queda masa .. es todo un desastre. El entretenimiento para niños poco profesionales. El horario no lo cumplen. Las chicas ponen buena disposición pero les falta profesionalidad
