The room was a little deteriorated and the cleaning was regular, the buffet was very good but there was a misunderstanding with the parking for the motorcycle.

We arrived late in the afternoon and I thought there were quite a few people at the reception and checking in was quite quick. Varied and complete breakfast. The relationship with the price of the room is very positive. The room is spacious and the shower is very comfortable. We got a sea view room. I will repeat.

Just returned from the Golf Trinidad. Had a lovely stay our room was large and kept clean by the maids. Great shower room 175. Fridge was a bonus. We arrived early took a while to check in and had a couple of hours wait for our room. We were on a half board plus basis wich we were glad of as we found some great tapas bars for lunches. I couldn't stand sitting in the restaurant for 3 meals. We purchased a couple of soft drinks from the pool bar only once as they were over priced. We found the Spar across the road had a good choice of wines. The food in the restaurant was mostly good but on some occasions it was stone cold and inedible. You would have to be incredible fussy not too find something to eat. Roquetas is a fantastic area. Lovely walks and a great market on a Thursday. Also a good local bus service. Pool was cold but lovely once in very clean. Never a problem with sun beds we used the quiet pool. We had a great deal on this hotel but if you 5* it's not for you. Some people always find something to whinge about.

Awful food what can I say. Beds are comfy, lovely, and hotel itself is clean and tidy, some staff are nice and lovely, but that's about it. Shame they can't offer the full package. Entertainment was fab, I can't complain, but again, the food is a massive no.

This is a 'no frills hotel" that is good value for the price you pay. Its clean, food reasonable, staff very pleasant and helpful. On arrival, there is queuing for quite a while, and then the rooms are not available for another couple of hours, which is not good when you've been up half the night travelling. The hotel is by the beach with a very flat promenade that goes for miles. Some people I spoke to love the hotel , some don't. Just as a final note, the wine included in the all inclusive package is not palatable, at all. Best go across to the Spar shop and get a good rioja for under 7 €.

Like many after reading the negative reviews on this hotel before arriving I didn’t have the highest expectations, i can now see why. Positive points: •The room was big and beds comfy. •Choice of two pools, one quieter but very deep and the other with a shallower end meant that getting a space around the pool wasn’t an issue. •Most staff have a basic understanding of english but a special mention to Irina who even remembered what we were drinking every day and always presented herself with a smile. The rest was pretty average at best, the ridiculous token system for drinks which meant you got shouted at if you forgot your tokens!!, food okay nothing special we got bored after a few days, plates wet and most of the time still dirty, Get ready for a battle with the rude spanish at mealtimes they will happily just walk at you and barge you out of the way, hotel understaffed meaning long queues for drinks especially at night, entertainment very spanish oriented, even though there was good proportion of English guests. Overall slightly better than expected but still average at best.

Sadly this is not a postive review you queue for everything! if you use a lift do not come here at busy times it is impossibe to get one ! it is a noisy hotel ( spanish people are it is their country ) we were in room 312 3 floors above the stage music during the day from 11am at 22.15 it appears to be a noise contest between 2 hotels who has the loudest amp finishes after midnight ! what the entertainment is is poor ! Food provided in the canteen is very poor more being thrown away than eaten ie cold bacon and sausage a pink colour not cooked. Tables not cleared no reserved tables for disabled people. We had a twin room I slept in a dent in the matress my wife had a rocking bed every movement made it bang on the floor. Bathroom extractor was very noisy( maintenance smiled and stated it stops in 2 minutes ! menopausol wife ) The room and hotel are dated 4 star I disagree. We will not return.

Food good with a wide choice in the main restaurant, disappointing in the snack bar. Drinks okay but the quality did vary with each bartender. Beds comfy which is a definite plus! No option to turn off the balcony light before it automatically goes off which seemed to be around 1am. Pool areas okay but the beach is better. Staff were helpful but beyond that no general appetite to chat or some cases smile. Hotel, rooms pools and pool areas were clean.

We are here at the moment, all I can say is we have never been in a hotel more chaotic. From check in which was a farce to the restaurant which is mayhem. The bar service is that bad we are going out to drink, they operate a token system which is stupid as we are wearing all inclusive wristbands, there is only one person on the bar so sometimes there can be up to 20 people waiting to be served. The food is cold at every meal time and the tables are so close together you cannot walk through. The rooms are lovely and clean, which is the only positive. The location is good too, right next to the beach. If you are expecting 4* forget it it is bordering on a 2/3* at the best.

Our overall experience at this hotel is good. As others have suggested, its mostly Spanish guests, which is to be expected as the resort is in Spain, for me this isn't a problem however the entertainment is heavily geared towards the Spanish guests, even the kids club isn't very welcoming to English children as all the dialogue is in Spanish. The food at this hotel is fine, there is a good selection of meat and fish at lunch and evening meal and there's always a great salad bar, pasta, selection of potatoes and vegetables. It may not be piping hot all the time but it's generally well cooked and tasty. At breakfast there is a good hot choice including bacon, sausage, various eggs, beans etc as well as croissant, cold meats, cheese, bread, fruit etc. The breakfast cereals are quite poor. Only a few days there are cornflakes on offer, they are not the best quality but ok. The other cereals were not good, the rice crispies were like rock hard pebbles, the cereals need to be improved, quite a basic thing that was poor. The evening meal doesn't start until around 8pm which is quite late for guests with young children. However at this time there are plenty of tables but if you leave it until later you can be faced with a long queue to get a table. This wasn't much of an issue for us as we ate early but the restaurant gets extremely busy and overcrowded so later on its not a great atmosphere. There is a strange token system for drinks during the day, you are given tokens at check in to exchange for plastic glasses, each time you want a drink you have to go to the bar with your tokens or return your glasses for a drink. It seems that this is to cut down on waste or maybe staff as there is no need for staff to collect glasses. The only problem is that at times the queue to get drinks is long. You can also get basic snacks at the main pool bar such as crisps, popcorn and sweets. The snack meals are at the other pool area where there are burgers, chips, hot dogs, cold meat and cheese and some fruit. The pool areas are great for all ages, the kids pool with slides is good for the little ones and both of the big pools are nice. In August the pools were lovely and warm, all good here. I can't say anything about the standard rooms as we had a junior suite which was an excellent size. The main bedroom had two single beds together that created a huge bed, there's is a TV in the main bedroom and small wardrobe, but not many coat hangers. There is a second bedroom in a the junior suite with a double bed and small wardrobe but no TV, we also had a cot in there and it was still spacious. There is more wardrobe space near the entrance to the room with a safe, the safe costs €4 per day which I think is a bit excessise in terms of cost, other 4 star hotels provide this free of charge. There is a good size living space with sofa and bigger TV and a kitchen area with microwave, fridge freezer and kettle, we had to request the kettle. There's no crockery or c

Brilliant hotel, great food. Drinks were nice, staff really friendly. Excellent value for money. We loved the toasties I make urself at the pool buffet. Definitely good value and great holiday. The entertainment was ok, rooms nice. Paintwork could do with a fresh lick but no complaints overall. There’s always something different for lunch and dinner, plenty of variety, the soup was great! Live chefs, loads of choices, you can’t go wrong. Authentic French breakfast croissants! Amazing.
