Pretty disappointed in the quality of this hotel. Mysterious stains all along the wall. A giant stain covered 75% of the mattress which they had covered with an extra sheet to hide. Room service was awful, we would have to wait well over an hour for a towel or extra toilet paper. The staff at the front desk was very kind, however when we called for towels on Friday, whoever answered the phone was rude, abrupt, hung up on us, and never brought any of the items we asked for. The lay out is a little weird, and definitely beyond outdated. I was uncomfortable leaving any items on the floor because of how sticky and matted it was from all the years of improper care. Overall, it doesn’t seem like cleanliness takes priority at all. Definitely won’t be staying here in the future unfortunately

I arrived early and there was a room available so they helped me check in early. I stayed here to take a flight and go to an outlet tomorrow morning, and I am satisfied!

To be honest, this was the worst experience I had during this trip. The air conditioner was so noisy that it was right next to the engine. The air conditioner control panel on the wall was broken, so I had to get up in the middle of the night to find the switch on the air conditioner. Although the hotel quickly offered to change rooms, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and I didn't have the energy to catch a flight the next morning. The curtains cannot block the light and are directly affecting the bed and affecting sleep. The broken switch this morning made me unable to bear it any longer and I must leave a negative review.

The staff at the front desk are friendly, they provide free airport drop-off, and the driver helps with luggage, which is very good👍The foyer is small and has a sense of design. Didn't order breakfast. Very close to the outlets, within walking distance. Not far from the airport or blue line subway, but requires a taxi. The view outside the room window is great, you can watch the highway and planes taking off and landing, but of course it's a bit noisy. The room is generally hygienic and the facilities are quite complete.
