The location was not so bad service was okay our room keys would not let us enter our room we had to get new ones twice. In the bathroom we found cockroaches would not recommend to stay here. Finding a parking spot was first come first serve.

My wife and I spent a night at the Best Western O’Hare after a long flight. We arrived late so had to wait for a little bit before the shuttle picked us up. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and Bavana at check in was also very welcoming. Both were just what we needed after traveling for about 20 hours. The check in process was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was standard but great. They had coffee, juice, breads, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Pleasant stay and would recommend for the price.

The shuttle took half a hour to arrived at the bus terminal. We had called a few times and they told us to wait a little longer because the bus driver was in the way. We arrived at the hotel almost 8:15. It took 30 minutes to check-in. The receptionist gave the wrong hotel card to another person and was triying make room arrangements. We got a little scared because the experience untill there was bad. Because it was late and will not be refundable, we had decided to stay at the hotel. The room was good, it was clean, there was towels and air conditioner was working. I have only two observations: the frigobar was noisy and the smell of cleaning products was too strong. Afterall, the hotel was not too expensive and we took 12 minutes to arrive at O`Hare airport. The checkout was fast and the bus shuttle as well.

Due to delayed boarding, we found a shuttle bus. Although it was a quick bus, I felt that Best West should be good. It was very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus took ten minutes.
