Property is very run down. My bathroom door wouldnt close because the upper hinge screws had pulled out of the door jam. You could see the outside around the entry/exit door into the room. Warm at best water.

There were no vending machines or coffee. The room was not clean. The bottom of the door was falling apart. And the towels were so small you they were more like hand towels.

Nearly everything that could be wrong is wrong about this location. Dirty, broken, rusty, smelly, etc. This is second worst motel 6 I’ve stayed at.
