This hotel, in my opinion, is one of the best I have been to! Even before I arrived in Mallorca I had been in contact with the hotel regarding room upgrades. Ana was superb and arranged these with no problems. The hotel itself is in a great location with superb views, staff that are extremely friendly, efficient and always smiling and friendly. The food is of a high standard with excellent options. I have nothing negative to say. We will return!

A beautiful hotel. The views are absolutely stunning. We upgraded to a premium room with sea views and we weren't disappointed. The room was like an apartment, huge king sized bed, seating area with sofa and two chairs and 2 balconies, one with a lounger and the other with 2 deckchairs and a table. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. Bathrobes were provided aswell. Safe in the wardrobe, free of charge and a mini fridge. You can walk to a supermarket and a few bars within minutes and a little further walk into the centre of Santa Ponsa and a beautiful sandy beach. The entertainment at the hotel is really good, archery, boules, shooting, giant jenga shuffleboard. In the evening there is entertainment each night, really good groups.

I arrived on yesterday greeted by friendly staff..I was at this hotel 10 years ago when it was Thomas Cook Rooms are tired need updated I was allocated to rm 116 next to kitchen of pool bar ,rooms was so small ,I’ve asked to moved and they complied immediately,Mattress was is hard not comfortable so I spoken to Sally from Jet 2 and was rectified straight away thus rendering that bed will be comfortable for our stay We have stayed at Sentido at Cala d’Or Cala de San Vicente , Sentido in Port soller were fantastic ,although Views are superb here Unfortunately I won’t come to this hotel again. All Staff are friendly and hardworking it’s nice to see Andrea after 10 years

Beautiful place, stunning views, our room 731 was lovely, spotlessly clean & comfortable. The whole hotel is beautiful & the staff all welcoming & friendly. No need to rush down to put towels in the beds as loads of free beds any time if the day, the only negative would be the beds are so close together. Food was ample, some not to my taste & at times a little cold but it’s very hard to please everyone. Beautiful beach in Santa Ponsa no more than 10 mins walk & a lovely walk along the front. Would recommend to anyone. Stunning

The hotel is spotless and the food is excellent. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The only downside we found is the the area round the pool is so slippy . while there we seen a number of trips and falls . The steps outside the hotel are also slippy when wet which is a real hazard. I am a smoker and because the hotel was no smoking this was a bit of an issue. I enjoy sitting on the balcony with an early coffee and a cigarette which I could not do. I think it would be an idea to designate some rooms for smoking in. ot in the room but on the balcony. I would return if this changed.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location which was precisely what we were after. The hotel was comfortable with good amenities. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food on offer was varied and should meet requirements for all tastes.

This was our first time away with friends who recommended the hotel . On arrival we were greeted by the reception staff who were very helpful , The view from the reception is amazing . We were allocated a room on floor 1 next to the kitchen, it did concern us a bit but we needn’t of worried we didn’t here any noise from the kitchen ( it was handy to grab a coffee and take it to the room) All the staff were really friendly . Christian was always around trying his hardest to get us involved in all the activities, we did a few and had quite a few laughs with him . Nothing was too much trouble for Jose either , we found him to be really friendly and always checking to see if we wanted another drink or food . We did upgrade to all inclusive while we were there which we found to be good value for our money it’s a shame that I caught a cold towards the end of our stay and didn’t really use it as much as I intended. We hope to visit again in the future as this was such a relaxing holiday with spectacular views of the sea and sunset . I would really recommend this hotel and hope you manage to meet all the lovely staff we did oh and Elvis was great entertainment (haven’t laughed as much in years )

Il punto forte dell'hotel è la vista dalle camere, veramente spettacolare. Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite, spaziosa e pulita. Se proprio devo trovare un aspetto negativo della stanza, direi che è stato il letto rumoroso (erano due letti singoli con le rotelle sotto, uniti). Non ho sentito rumori provenire dalle altre stanze, non so se fosse per l'insonorizzazione o per il fatto che l'età media degli ospiti era un po' alta. Non abbiamo cenato né pranzato in hotel, mentre la colazione (continentale, inglese e tedesca) è stata sempre ottima. Il parcheggio non è incluso e abbiamo pagato 17 € al giorno. Sarà che non sono abituato a guidare in pendenza ed in spazi angusti, ma penso che avrei avuto qualche difficoltà se qualcuno fosse entrato o uscito mentre io facevo l'opposto, non c'è spazio per poter transitare in 2 macchine contemporaneamente e la visibilità lungo la salita è poca. Consiglio di trovare un altro parcheggio a pagamento lì vicino, perché quelli gratis in zona erano sempre pieni.
