The room is old and there is basically no service. Even if you ask for a bath towel, it is not delivered and you have to pick it up yourself. The dinner is 65 New Zealand dollars and it is not worth the price. The only advantage is that there is a children's zone and the water temperature of the swimming pool is good.

Hotel facilities and amenities were good. Especially the heated swimming pool and spas were fantastic day and night. The only minor issue was the noise from the heat pump ventilation sound. You have the option to turn it off, but it was too cold without it.
Overall I would give 4.5 stars out of 5

The room is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation and complete facilities, especially the entertainment room in the lobby (table tennis, game consoles, chess, etc.). The only problem is that the bathroom has a shower over bath, which I like too much.
