We have reluctantly just returned home from the best B & B experience we have ever had. Jen was an exceptional hostess and made you feel like her place was yours. An added bonus was she is also a masseus and I had a wonderful massage. The place is immaculate and nothing is too much bother. She is also very helpful with any attractions you want to see. We will definitely be back. 100 %😊

My wife and I stayed here in February 2024. We spent 9 weeks in New Zealand and stayed in 28 different accommodations. This was the best of all of them. Jen was a great host and very kind to us. The rooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, great showers and we had a lovely view from our room. Breakfast was great and set us off to a good start each day. Just on the outskirts of Rotorua, it was a short car journey into town and a pleasant distance away from the sulphur smells. Would recommend 100% and would return here without hesitation.

This was our second stay at this lovely Bed and Breakfast! This trip, the establishment was ran by new owners. Jen held the standards high from our previous stay. She was very gracious! She gave great recommendations for the area. She was very friendly! She fed us delicious breakfasts each morning and accommodated early mornings. The rooms are amazing with very comfortable beds and so very quiet! Will stay again!

Perfect. This one word says it all. Great room with everything we needed. Very comfy bed. The cleanest B&B we have ever stayed at. Quiet location. Property includes a pool, gym and sauna. Jen is the perfect host, cares about her guests and it shows. We highly recommend this property to any couple staying at Rotorua.

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Das Bett ist super bequem. Habe perfekt geschlafen. Sehr nettes Konzept mit Community Table zum Frühstück. Da es nur drei Zimmer gibt, passen 6 Gäste an den gemeinsamen Frühstückstisch. So kommt man schnell ins Gespräch und kann hervorragend Erfahrungen der Rundreise und Tipps für Aktivitäten in Rotorua austauschen. Das Frühstück ist nebenbei auch hervorragend. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto und damit ca 13 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Das ist aber nicht schlimm, da Roturua dermaßen großflächig angelegt ist, dass man ohnehin fast immer ein Auto benötigt, um irgendwo hinzukommen. Ob man dann 10 Minuten mehr oder weniger fährt, ist dann auch egal. Der Vorteil ist, dass man aus dem leichten Schwefel Geruch raus ist, der über dem Zentrum der Stadt liegt

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, modernes Haus, super nette Gastgeberin, die ein sehr gutes Frühstück (Eier, Joghurt, frische Obstbowl, Schinken, Käse) anbietet. Aus unserem Zimmer gab es einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Hügel. Es gab auch einen Pool und einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt

Very well maintianed B&B. Vivienne is a tough woman, but has her heart in the right place. We liked her special style of healthy breakfast with the avocado. She also gave us very valuable tips with repsect to acitivities and places to visit (away from mainstream tourism). Thanks Vivienne for having us and making our stay a pleasant one.

A truly remarkable property in a quiet neighborhood. Modern, super-clean and very comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Loved the fresh & delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
