I made a reservation after considering Hilton because I could order a la carte breakfast. Since breakfast was at 7:30, I didn't have much time to spare when I thought about the travel time.
The amenities, slippers, and luggage were all good, but
the biggest drawback was the strong smell that made it difficult. I had seen reviews saying it smelled, but I didn't know it would be like this.
It was on the third floor, and the hallway was open, but the room was worse, so it was difficult.

Great location, just across the Rotterdam station. Room was okay, though not exactly a 5 star standard. More like a 4 star at best. Supermarkets are nearby but not much food options.

Five-star is five-star. The breakfast is delicious, including freshly made waffles and eggs Benedict. There seems to be something else but I forgot about it. The cheaper room type has a full floor and a good view. The Rotterdam train station is right outside the door. Very convenient, the room is big enough and has a bathtub.

We arrived before the checkin time, reception let us check in a bit earlier and get us a room with a view. Staff were nice and helpful.
The shower may need to upgrade, the water pressure wasn’t enough. But overall i love the hotel , breakfast, location and environment.
