Rovaniemi Hotels with Bars

Check in was quick loved my room. Tub is awesome the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of options. The temperature in room was a bit cold. I spoke with front desk she said there was extra heaters. I declined it was just odd to me that room had no operating heat.

Very nice cottage, and big. Even though I travelled solo, I could see the space is comfortable for 2.4 persons. Service of staff is good, they don't volunteer information but if you asked they respond in very friendly way. Breakfast was average, both in terms of spread and quality. As the village was so quiet during the time I stayed (beginning of Autumn), I didn't try their restaurants for other meals, choosing instead to go to city center. Facilities-wise this is a resort, and there was no help to get your luggage to your room which is a few minutes walk. you can pay for it. Also, no transport to city provided by hotel. You need to take public transport.

We are a family of 5 and booked 2 family rooms in this hotel. The rooms were big, compared to another Rovaniemi hotel that we stayed in and the amenities were wonderful. Free use of Sauna, 24hr gym, just located directed opposite the supermarket and most of all, the hotel has a microwave that you can heat up the food brought from the supermarket! What a deal!. Some areas for improvement, it would good if the Sauna can be 24hrs instead of closing at 10pm. If the hotel can provide utensils like spoon and fork it will be even more awesome. Overall our best stay in Rovaniemi for the price point, I think its a steal. Oh BTW, Burger King and McDonald is just opposite and 24hrs too.

The room was very nice, clean and hygienic. The quality of facilities in the bathroom is not very good. The environment is beautiful. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel has parking spaces, free of charge.

The hotel is located on the mountain east of the city. The environment is very quiet. It overlooks the Kemi River. The hotel is well decorated and feels very petty. The hotel has a rooftop, which is suitable for driving the aurora. There is a ski resort next to it. Convenient. If you rent ski equipment, you still need to go down to the mountain. The hotel’s breakfast is exquisite. I also had reindeer liver sauce. The hotel’s restaurant requires advance reservations and the dishes are very good. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the location is relatively remote, it is not convenient if it is not for self-driving. Extra bed and breakfast for children will be charged 35 Euros. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes.

Firstly, we booked this hotel through TUI. I would never use TUI again for a holiday, they were unprofessional and there was a real lack of their presence at the hotel. We travelled in a group for the Santa break and the room situation in that there is a maximum of three occupants didn’t work for us and this is where I felt cheated by TUI as it was presented as a family hotel. However, this review is based solely on the hotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the breakfast was amazing. Dinner is on a similar level to all other hotels in the area and, as someone who has travelled to Lapland previously, it is very different from the UK anywhere you go in Lapland so don’t read too much into the reviews that say the food is terrible and awful, it’s not, it’s just very different from the UK. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, they will do what ever they can to accommodate help accommodate you and were overall lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples or small families.

The hotel is mainly in a good location. The distance to the airport and Santa Claus Village is about 24 to 30 Euros, and it can be reached very quickly. Close to the city center, just a few hundred meters walk. There is also a very fast taxi call at the front desk. Almost as soon as the phone is called at the front desk, the taxi usually arrives in about two minutes. If it ’s an early flight departing to another city, you do n’t have to leave too early. The airport opens at four in the morning, and there are few people. Taxiing is especially fast. The location is in the center, it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a 24-hour supermarket not far from the door. It is highly recommended. It is much cheaper than Santa Claus Village. You can go out at night. If you stay in Santa Claus Village, your budget will be higher, otherwise it will be very inconvenient. , the fees in the village are relatively higher here.

I like this hotel so much. It’s a pity that I was in a hurry. Otherwise, I really wanted to stay for two more days.
