Premier Inn Addlestone hotel

Great place to chill for a night or 2. Front desk were very helpful. Let me check in early too. Definitely come back if I’m in the area again

Blood stained pillows in the room was frankly disgusting. Customers had to clean tables at breakfast as staff were nowhere to be found until reception had been buzzed 3 times and even then incredibly slow going and staff member playing on his phone whilst cleaning which meant there were people waiting for a long time.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting and the lack of staff was apparent at meal time. Will never return to this particular hotel.

Rang up before booking was made told interconnecting rooms were available and would be out straight into those rooms to ring up again to confirm to be told this has not been done but will be now so it was definitely done to turn up and be told no your not in those rooms as this was for my daughters birthday I’m really disappointed and to top it off after having over a 4 hour drive having to sleep on a sofa was not a good night sleep to have to do another 4 hour drive the next day. Found a box of paracetamol under the sofa which wouldn’t be so bad but if I had young children with me it would be different.

Decent budget hotel. Ideal base for Thorpe park. We had the family room, double bed, and two single beds. Pillows are flat so a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but slow to replenish food, husband wanted quorn sausages and took ages to cook meaning the rest of the family had eaten their breakfast by the time it was ready. Helpful staff. Loads of shops within walking distance, waitrose underneath, tesco extra, greggs, take aways etc

A very good hotel with plenty of positives: A town centre location, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs in close proximity and Addlestone train station is only a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast tasty (a full English too which is yummy!). My only criticism is that the breakfast service is very slow as the food runs out very slowly and takes a long time to replenish, which can be frustrating in the morning. Otherwise, everything else about the stay was very good. I recommend this place if you're visiting the local area or venturing further into London. Premier Inn Addlestone is a comfy, value for money choice of stay.

Do not stay at this hotel!! Our room was on the 3rd floor and as soon as you open the door there was a lingering smell in the room. No towels in the room which we had to go down to reception to collect and then realised there was also no cups/mugs in the room either! Bathroom was not clean and had not been looked after. Lowest standard premier inn I have ever been too. Only stayed in this hotel due to it being close to Thorpe park as we had a 2 day pass so location was good. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Hotel as expected. Clean and comfortable room. Good base for visiting Thorpe Park and Chessington Workd of Adventures.

Handy hotel for Thorpe park. Although parking was offered as free to guests, they were no spaces in the parking garage. Not a single one! However, the hotel was adequate and the staff were nice and friendly. It also felt very safe.
