OMG, what can I say about this hotel? The hotel is beautiful, but the room is so small. Two people are fighting each other even if they turn around, and the luggage cannot be opened. There are two chairs, but there is no room for legs. No more, the bathroom is even smaller. Well, I went to live in a servant's room in a large manor. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service, towels were not changed, and there was no mineral water. The problem with all these hotels in the UK is that they have to set a specific time for breakfast, which is troublesome. The breakfast environment is very beautiful and quaint, but there are actually very few breakfast varieties. It’s nothing more than a continental breakfast or Bank Dick eggs or Spanish omelette or something like that

The Property is a stunning Tudor Building with fabulous Gardens, the dinning experience was also very good. Hotel was clean and service was generally good

We had a wonderful and memlrable stay here. Grounds are extremely beautiful, staff was helpful, room was comfy and clean (even received a complimentary room upgrade!), and their Tudor Pass restaurant was the best meal we had in England. Hope to be back again soon.

We came here for Sunday Lunch - a family celebration. I could write chapter on verse on the terrible service, the indifferent staff and the lukewarm food. We had to chase not once but often three times for things we asked for. I found out from a fellow guest that a member of staff was pulling faces behind my back when I had to (politely) complain. Waiting 40 minutes for our first drink didn't bode well for what was to come. When Valentino came to serve us at the time of our main course, things changed. He quickly realised how very unhappy we were. He did his best to put things right and I thank him for that. Sadly, we won't be returning, even for the cauliflower cheese which was the main event of the afternoon as it was hot.

Lovely stay in a very impressive hotel - the setting and gardens are stunningly beautiful. So much history. The food was delicious. All staff were very friendly. We stayed the night before catching flights from Heathrow and what a way to start the holiday!
