We were supposed to stay a night over Columbus weekend. I had reserved a night due to doing a wedding in another town. We arrived to find out they had given the room away. Now I will be honest that the business credit card I used was declined. They could have notified me & I could have used another card. They claimed to have called numerous times, but there were NO calls indicated on my phone. This room was supposed to be paid upon arrival. Obviously it was not. If they had waited till I got there, this could have been avoided, but considering the poor reviews, I'm glad we never stayed!
