Garden Terrace Saga Hotel & Resorts

Transportation is very inconvenient. The main taxi fare to and from the train station is about 1,500 yen. Of course, after looking around, there are really no hotels in Saga with relatively new facilities and convenient transportation. There is almost only one conveyor belt sushi restaurant around (within a 20-minute walk); of course, there is also a convenience store and a supermarket. The room is very small. You can't walk smoothly after opening a 24-inch suitcase. The room is always damp even if the air conditioner is turned on, which is quite uncomfortable. The breakfast time and set menu must be agreed in advance, with less freedom and limited choices. The front desk can speak very limited English and will not actively use the translator to translate. The lounge is paid for, which is different from other reviews. In short, the rating of 4.1-4.2 points is more in line with the actual situation

The hotel facilities are good. It turns out that the swimming pool has warm water, so you can swim in it even in winter. It's really good. The room is very clean. In addition to providing general personal necessities, it also comes with skin care products, which is very considerate.

The hotel design is unique, with unique exterior and interior designs and complete facilities, especially the club!

The room is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, sauna, etc. However, because we checked in too late, we were not able to enjoy the facilities. We were traveling by car, so the access path for the wheels was not obvious, and we had to pass a hotel that seemed to be unopened.

The hotel room is relatively small, but the breakfast is great and highly recommended.

Luxury hotel great for families I was surprised that it was better than I expected, and the breakfast and food at the hotel restaurant were delicious. The hotels around the station are business hotels and are small, so I chose this hotel while looking for a hotel that I could go to with my 4-year-old baby, but the location is not good for public transportation. There is one bus per hour.. Since it is a rural area, it will be similar wherever you go unless it is in front of Saga Station. It was nice to have a convenience store and a large supermarket nearby.

It's a really clean and beautiful hotel. The staff's attitude towards customers is very friendly. I was touched. Although it was winter, I had a refreshing swim after breakfast in the warm water pool. Even the small sauna is not as small as you might think. Breakfast is served well and there are menus that can be ordered separately. The teppanyaki dish at the restaurant on the first floor was a bit expensive, but it was very delicious. The downside is that it's a bit far from Saga Station and there aren't many restaurants nearby, but it was satisfactory enough to make up for all of this. I don't think I'll ever forget the countless stars seen from the terrace at night. We would like to thank the staff for their sincerity and hospitality.
