Room is clean, location is comfortable, car paking is convenient, services is quite good. Will reserve if next time come to Saga.

The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Saga Station, and you can see the station entrance when you go out. A dessert was given when you arrived at the store. The facilities are a bit old, but the front desk service is very good. There is a large bath on the first floor

The room is in a great location! Next to JR! Convenient to go everywhere! The breakfast is great, I recommend ordering breakfast! Saga is suitable for the elderly, it is boring, but the consumption level is very low, equivalent to the level of China's third-tier cities. Itamae Saga only costs 200-400 per person, the key is freshness.

The style of a standard express hotel, the facilities are quite satisfactory, and the rooms are unremarkable. The location is really invincible, right opposite the station, and the main feature is that it is easy to get in and out. It happened to be a delegation from a middle school football match, so it was a bit noisy overall 😅

The hotel room facilities are very good, especially the location of the hotel is very good! Get off at Saga Airport Line, cross the bus terminal and arrive at the hotel in five minutes (the road in front of the hotel is under municipal construction recently). You need to take the Shinkansen and suburban railway to enter the station in five minutes! The large bath on the first floor is small but very clean!

The hotel is beautiful and tidy, just across the road from Saga Station. (We followed the AutoNavi navigation, wandered around and returned to Saga Station, it seems that AutoNavi doesn't work here 🙂↔️). The hotel room area is much larger than the notes, and there is more than enough space for two 24-inch suitcases. I think I will find and choose this hotel in my future travels. It is also in Tokyo and is a chain brand hotel (because Japanese hotel rooms are generally small). The hotel service is careful and patient, and the language barrier did not hinder our communication. Our translation software and the hand-painted notes of the staff have become a barrier-free information exchange platform. Thank you for their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, so that the four 70-year-old "old whites" can successfully find "privately customized Saga beef sushi", "grilled Saga beef", "eel rice", go to the Kasuga Outlets, and go to Saga Airport by airport bus (the airport bus is less than five minutes away from the hotel, and the bus schedule is also provided). Everything is good. All the staff are kind, polite and smart. The rooms are clean and the location is good. I have nothing to say. I have stayed here many times and would like to come back again. All the staff create that atmosphere.

The front desk lady was patient and thoughtful, and never tired of explaining, communicating in various languages. There was free matcha, lemon tea, coffee, and ice cubes in the lobby. The breakfast was simple but filling.
