The hotel is luxury with excellent services. It provided parking services. We can enjoy the welcome drinks while the hotel staff are arranging for our check-in. The onsen was also excellent with Japanese outdoor and indoor onsen, onsen for foot, jacuzzi and steam bath. The food is also great, very delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! Both the software and hardware are first-class, and the transportation is also very convenient. There is a direct bus from Saga City. I really like this hotel and it is worth going there next time.

The hotel is very Japanese, the service is very good, the facilities and environment are good, but the soundproofing of the room is not good. It is a little far from the city center. You can book a free shuttle bus to Saga JR Station, but there is a specific time. If you are in a hurry, you have to arrange your own travel. The breakfast and dinner included in the room rate are good, and the hot spring facilities are also good. The water temperature is not hot, which is suitable for those who don't like high temperatures. The disadvantage is that the men's bath faces the driveway, and you can see the passing vehicles and hotel windows when you soak in the open air, which is a bit embarrassing.

The facilities are good and there is a shuttle so it is convenient. Outside of shuttle bus hours, this location is only accessible by taxi or rental car. The rooms are spacious and generally friendly. I'm in Meguri, a Japanese ryokan. The facilities are good, but the kaiseki is so-so. The hot spring facilities are good, but the water quality is disappointing. I saw bugs and foreign substances floating in the open-air bath, so I mainly went into the indoor bath. But overall, I recommend it as it is good value for money.

This is a very nice accommodation. I have been to Japan many times, but this is by far the best accommodation. I am very satisfied because I am with my beloved family. The only downside is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient, but if you are using a rental car like us, I am sure this is a top-notch ryokan. I recommend it.

A quiet hotel in the mountains, far exceeding expectations. It takes about half an hour to get to the hotel by taxi from Saga Station, and it is said that there are also buses. I really like the hotel's attentive service, and they take good care of the guests. I chose a two-night stay and two meals plan, with different dishes every day. The bathroom in the room is a bit old, but the public area is very design-oriented. Overall, the experience is good.

I visited with my family. It was raining heavily, but we were able to drive our car up to the lobby and get inside without getting wet. We entered through the calming entrance and were shown to a Japanese-style room. After a long soak in the warm Furuyu hot spring and relaxing, we had a delicious Japanese kaiseki dinner. The breakfast was also very delicious, and the attentive service made this an inn I would like to visit again. One thing is that the Japanese-style room we chose this time had no chairs, only a zaisu chair, so it was difficult for my elderly mother to relax.

It is worth recommending. The service and facilities are very good. I have only one opinion. The temperature of the hot spring water can be raised.
