I've stayed here last year and the rooms are a very good size, comfy bed, two comfy chairs in the room with a desk. The shower was brilliant, above the bath in this room but for me that was ok. My view was of the car park and the fields beyond the road. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. I was the first one there for breakfast and the service was great, the young girl who served me was very polite and helpful. Lovely gluten free breakfast.

I was given a lovely welcome on arrival and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service with great choice. I was helped with my luggage, which was welcome, as there didn’t appear to be a lift. Excellent value for money!

there seem to be an atmosphere with the staff. none looked happy and seemed they didn't want to be doing their job.
stayed in room 202 but the shower did not work properly and the mirror light did not work

Nice hotel with pleasant communal areas, pool, well equipped gym. Our room was really large and had been decorated recently. The building dates from Victorian times but kept clean and up to date. Would return.

The hotel looks very unloved from the carpark. Great reception & check-in. Rooms clean . Found it very confusing where to sit for dinner breakfast etc. Breakfast had yoghurt but not fresh fruit. The real positive was the young man on the bar who was very friendly and helpful we bought 2 bottles of wine instead of 2 glasses thanks to his help with choosing the right wine.

The property is quiet and clean. Staff made sure we have clean towels and toiletries resupplied everyday. Staff are friendly specially the waiter who served us in the restaurant.

Diane at reception was great, very friendly and helpful. Bedside tables were very dusty. Mattress needs replacing, not very comfortable. Did not sleep well.

Lovely staff super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was a little grubby and the mattress needed updating as you rolled into the middle
