What a pleasant welcome we had from a young lady called Ellie. She was very professional, nothing was too much for Ellie, as we had some family members who had dietary needs. She went above expectation to ensure we had the best experience. Lovely pub, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will be returning

We recently visited the savoy based on a recommendation by one of the chef's, named Danny. We were served by a young girl named Ellie who was very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived within 20 mins, which given how busy it seemed was very fast. Everything was really well prepared and tasted great. We would highly recommend the savoy as a great place with good pub food and a very friendly atmosphere.

Me and my pals were thinking of going out for food somewhere we haven’t been already so we found this beautiful pub called savoy. We had a lovely starter and main and finished it off with some delicious dessert called the “cookie brownie” which was so nice that I asked the bar staff if I could greet the person who made it. His name was Freddy and he’s such a kind boy. I would recommend trying the desserts highly I will definitely be coming back here soon !

I come here often and I am never let down by the service or food. The staff are so nice, especially Ally who is always extra friendly whenever we come. Food is typical pub grub but done to perfection. Would highly recommended this place for a nice meal out!!

We called in for a rest stop en route to Tenby. Lovely place, owners Nick and Nicki were very welcoming, service from Ali was very good! We were without the children on this visit, but there is a lovely outside play area. Would definitely call again , maybe with the little ones next time 🙂

Lovely place some people might say out dated I say very characteristic which suits the area, clean room, very accommodating, staff were great, lovely breakfast with lots of free extras you can help yourself to definitely will revisit next year

As a Marston hotel and previously having stayed at a hotel of this group, my expectations were of similar quality, but this hotel sadly didn't meet my expectations. The car park had massive potholes, the rooms were small and dated, with poor finishings and some of them broken that could be easily mended, so not a good eye for detail there (whole on the wall, where the door must have been hitting with the handle, a ball from the end of curtains pole fallen, flimsy finishings, in the family room the space between the beds and the wall was small and had to be careful as the TV and it's cables were stiking out at our face level, which was quite dangerous in a family room with children, etc), there were silverfish in the bathroom. It was very uncomfortable in terms of setting in, as there was no shelves or space for the luggage and the bathroom was extremely small with no room for toiletries at all, just two hooks for towels. The sink was very small and it made it difficult to wash your hands of your face as water would go everywhere. but on the first night one of the towels had large brown stains and put me off. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. The restaurant staff couldn't cope with the demand on a BH weekend, lack of staff, being not that extremely busy, but busier than usual for them. They run out of items from the menu. The food was good and tasty. The continental breakfast was just cereals hot water for tea/coffee. Cooked breakfast was good.

Absolutely shocking….!! Mum & Dad booked a meal to celebrate their 56th anniversary ten days prior. Email confirmation was received for said booking. A further email was then received cancelling the booking due to a pre organised event taking place that night. Why the booking was taken in the first place is a mystery as you obviously knew you had an event planned. No time for the parents to find an alternative as it’s bank holiday weekend and everyone else is full. Absolutely ruined their special day. Really poor customer service……!!
