Booked fairly last minute through *********** looking for accommodation near to Stade de France for the World Cup semi final rugby. This seemed to tick all the boxes and we weren’t disappointed. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t the Ritz but it is clean and functional. We stayed on the fifth floor in a double room. The rooms are small but clean and tidy with towels. This is a no frills hotel which matches the hotel starring system. Somewhere between a travel lodge and a premier inn. We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar in the evening but both were available. Parking was available at the rear of the hotel. Would stay again.

The room and bathroom were clean and it was comfortable with 4 pillows. The location of the hotel was good for the Stade de France. We expected there to be a kettle in the room as this was mentioned on the website but there wasn't. We asked reception for some hot water the next morning and she was very rude and eventually said she would fill one travel mug. She then agreed to fill the second but made it seem like it was a lot of trouble! We just wanted a hot drink for our drive and we had our own coffee had their been a kettle in our room we wouldn't have asked. We parked outside the front as the road was shut but it did look like there was parking at the back. At the end of the day this is a budget hotel and it's a bed.

I stayed for 3 nights. I arrived quite late and the night clerk was extremely welcoming and gave me a cup of hot tea, which was very much appreciated. The room, while quite basic, was spotlessly clean and a decent size for one person. While it was advertised as non-smoking you could smell smoke on my floor on the first night. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and everything was well laid out and food and beverages were of a good quality. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe walking alone, especially at night. I was attending a match at Stade De France and couldn’t get a taxi to take me back. Thankfully a friend walked me to the hotel. A taxi to the center of Paris costs in the region of €30 and one to Orly (without traffic) €35. The hotel is closer to CDG airport. The hotel can order taxis, which seemed to arrive pretty quickly. The electricity didn’t work in my hotel the morning I was leaving. As I was organized and leaving quickly, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. It cost €75 for my taxi leaving at 6.50am to Orly as the traffic was extremely heavy. All staff I encountered were very efficient and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again, if I was flying to and from CDG and traveling with a friend.

Tiny twin rooms, but fine for a couple of nights. Not too far from Stade de France, easy to walk home after the match. The local area is a bit 'edgy', but a lot of development going on so likely to improve in the near future. Overall, the Campanile was reasonable value for money.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, however it is in the middle of nowhere! It took us a while to find a taxi driver willing to drive us to the hotel. Aside from that, this hotel was magnificent. The room itself was extremely neat and spacious! Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This is a very basic hotel, you don't get much out of it. It was relatively clean, as much as an old building can be. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly! The "included" free parking is limited, maybe only about 6 parking spots- definitely consider this if you have a vehicle. There is not much around the area in terms of food, most places were closed anytime we went to walk around. Driving into the core of downtown Paris will take you anywhere from 26 minutes, to 1 1/2 hours. Most typically 1 hour each way. The metro will also take you this long, especially during rush hour. Overall, it was not a bad experience, just the location is not ideal.

A basic hotel if you are going to the Stade de France which is about 20 mins walk away through an area under re-development. Understaffed
