Friendliest staff ever. Super welcoming and accommodating and fluent in English. Nice patio area and free coffee, tea, and fruit. Unfortunately the room didn’t have AC, no fridge, no clothes iron, and no kettle.

Un super hôtel, bien situé, de très bon confort
Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville, à 2 pas de la fabuleuse bibliothèque historique. De nombreux restaurants à moins de 2mn à pied. Confort, propreté, service, tout est impeccable. Les chambres ont été renovées récemment et disposent de salle de bain et WC privés (ce qui n'était pas le cas avant). Il faut aussi noter que c'est un hôtel socialement responsable qui emploie des personnes en situation de handicap. Bref, que de l'excellence !

Great stay
Great location, 10 minutes from the train station even with a 15kg suitcase. Quiet even though only a stone’s throw away from the library-cathedral complex. Three restaurants very close by.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de St Gall. Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de l'Abbaye, dans le centre historique de st Gall. Accueil excellent. Grande chambre, très belle, très propre. Grande salle pour le petit-déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Tout est parfait. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Die Lage in der Altstadt und Nahe des Dom mit der berühmten Bibliothek ist perfekt. Das kleine, feine Hotel ist in jeder Beziehung modern. Überraschend ruhig auch nachts. Feines Frühstück mit guten, wertvollen Lebensmitteln und dazu noch freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswert.

For a simple, clean hotel in a small city, this hotel is excellent value. It's centrally located, easy walk to the cathedral, shops, cafes and the main train station. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk also. The room was spacious and had good A/C for the summer weather. A small shared kitchenette room has the basics. The bed was comfortable and the room noise-free.

Kleines und feines Hotel. Kleine Zimmer, aber perfekt ausgestattet. Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Altstadt. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Bereits mein 4. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht und komme auch gerne wieder.
