I used this hotel to go to Lille in France to watch the Olympic handball game. It was very convenient as it was right next to South Station. The surrounding area certainly seemed unsafe, but the hotel was no problem at all. The room seemed to have been renovated, but there was a smell from the drainage pipes. I told the front desk and they dealt with it right away. Everyone at the front desk was kind and polite. Thank you very much.

Close to station, nice and clean. Spacious room newly refurbished.
Front desk staff nice and polite. Excellent breakfast. Currently having some works in the hotel but did not disturb us. Would come back for sure in future.
