Room was rather small, but had everything you need. Dogs are welcome which is great! There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, but the coffee was unfortunately terrible. Breakfast was simple, but ok.
All in all the hotel is at a correct price for what it offers. I would go back.

A small hotel right next to the station, I would say its a perfect choice for a short-term stay, since the hotel's interior design is pretty simple n convenience for travelers. They provide lockers at the lobby for customers, which is very thoughtful.

Excellent location opposite main station. Clean and comfortable beds. Brian at front desk was perfect and helped us with left luggage extension.

The room has the toilet bad smell. When I requested to change room, they said there was no other room for exchange. I had to open the window for a whole night,The room is at -1 level, anyone could get in from the window.I felt unsaftly, yet cauls not close the window as the toilet smell in the bedroom made me sick.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights for myself and friends.
The whole hotel experience was really good .
Staff were very friendly, Abel was very helpful and kind
The hotel is close to the centre about 15 mins walk, where you can enjoy some attractions .

Very friendly and useful service from James, with him providing all of the best places to eat and see. However the area in itself felt unsafe and a bit dangerous.

The location is super good which is very close to the train station. However, the midi area is a bit complicated and with quite some thieves and I prefer to stay at other areas, unless you are necessary to take the train at midi station.
The service and the room is good.

Close to Brussel midi station
There is a restaurant on site
Hotel staff service is good
But the hygiene in the room needs to be improved
The bathroom is okay and the water pressure is okay
I found stains on the sheets after taking a shower
Insects discovered again and again
An insect landed on my dinner and kept crawling, making it inedible.
If you live close to the road, you can hear cars passing by, especially ambulances. If you are a light sleeper, don't choose this place.
No refrigerator or phone in the room
There are charging stations on both sides of the bed
There is free luggage storage, but if all lockers are used, you have to pay to store your luggage at the station.
