Great hotel with rich history. Clean and great location.

Very good service, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room service is also very good: 1. After each room cleaning, they will help fold the pajamas, replenish water and food, and leave the name of the cleaner 2. The front desk answered the phone very quickly. We encountered three problems, all of which were solved within 5 minutes. 3. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the bus station, behind is the city center (central market), and it is very close to all the Internet celebrity restaurants (except Oyster box and other restaurants on the beach) 4. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, especially the bathroom, the supporting facilities are sufficient and use Th White Company suits.

In addition to its history, the rooms offer warm accommodation. The staff at the front desk was very kind and made me want to come and stay again.

Amazing stay for the august Bank holiday.staff were excellent in all areas could not fault any of them flawless. Our room was immaculate very comfy bed.nice decor in the executive room,room service excellent.breakfast was very good and excellent quality again the staff excelled. Even when our flight home was cancelled at the last minute they were very accommodating and very helpful for an extra nights stay at very short notice. Highly recommend the pomme d or.we felt it it should have a five star rating as it so deserves it.

Lovely hotel in a very central location in St Helier, perfect for our short break. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. Lots of choice for breakfast and the secret cocktail bar is well worth a visit! The White Company toiletries were a nice touch of luxury in the well equipped and spacious room.

Lovely room overlooking Liberation Square in easy reach of local bars and restaurants. Also just across from the main bus station with affordable buses to every part of the island. This is the iconic hotel in St. Helier and although not like a modern hotel in style it is class and we really enjoyed our stay.

Initially we were given a small room with no view,. But after a few phone calls we were given a much room nicer view and a better view. The rooms are well laid out the furniture modern wooden finish. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were serviced very well indeed. The hotel itself is in an ideal location right in the centre of Liberty Square and just opposite the bus station. The official liberty bus service takes you to every part of the island and the buses run on time and the bus crews are very polite and helpful. Back to the hotel. Some of the bar staff are undertrained a lot of them are very new but very polite and they try their best. The food in the restaurants for an evening meal was excellent served well and I must mention the waiter who was brilliant Usman. He was very well trained and very good it is job caring and helpful at all times. He also worked in the breakfast room once again his work was what you would expect from this class of hotel. However there were some things that could have been better. Maybe in the breakfast room. Though the service was excellent and the food was good. Some of the hot food was not as hot as it could have been. I complained to the maître d’ who was extremely concerned and put it right immediately. However I feel there should have been some fish for breakfast as well may be some cold salmon or mackerel. The Breakfast/dining room is a beautiful location and overlooks the harbour. I found the concierge/reception extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly return to this hotel and I would certainly recommend it to my friends. Good location good quality of service. Very clean indeed.

This hotel is outstanding the food amazing staff unbelievable they couldn't do enough for you. If I returned to Jersey I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Position perfect spotlessly clean I can't praise it enough. There is not a lot else I can say, no one would be disappointed with this wonderful hotel

This is a lovely hotel with interesting history and a great location. The staff was well trained and friendly, and the food was very good.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay in room 439 at the Pomme D’Or. This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the room to the staff to the breakfast - everything was perfect. A special mention to our room attendant Amal - such a lovely cheery chap. It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff are so friendly, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely return. Thank you from Richard & Lesley

If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay while in Jersey, THE POMME D’ OR is the place. The location, the helpful and friendly staff, the comfortable rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet … it was all absolutely perfect. I would return there without hesitation.

The beds are standard doubles so if you like king or large beds then you will be disappointed. The only rooms with a view are those at the front of the hotel looking over Liberation Square.
