Simple hotel with charm. It was just a shame that as hotel guests we were no longer allowed into the restaurant at 7 p.m. because the reservation time had passed. Half of the restaurant was empty. The breakfast buffet was good.

Perfect place for a drink! Right next to the big street but the view is nice. Personnel is kind and speaks English. Great wines and beers. We even had a pie. Sun, beers, wines and relaxation. Definitly recommended! We were there with 4 people.

Nous avons pris cet hôtel parce que nous avions déjà été très content d'un autre hôtel de la chaîne Resivac. Accueil fort agréable et chambre nickel (et la vue!!! Splendide!). Un grand plus pour les cyclistes (qui n'est pas assez mentionné à mon avis) est le fait d'avoir plusieurs garages à disposition des clients pour mettre les vélos en sécurité. Nous sommes venus spécialement pour faire du vélo dans les vignes (c'est superbe!!!) et ne savions même pas qu'il y avait la possibilité de mettre nos vélos là. Pour les repas, que nous avons pris dans l'hôtel, on était un peu moins impressionné.... Bon, mais pour le prix (35€) il y a moyen de faire mieux. Petit déjeuner extra par contre. Et la piscine! Je pense qu'elle a été ajoutée dernièrement; quel délice d'aller se baigner après une longue journée à vélo. Il y a un sauna tout neuf également, une belle surprise. Les boissons ne sont pas bon marché... Hélas. Sinon, vraiment à recommander!

Een prachtige locatie en uitvalsbasis om de Elzas te verkennen. We hadden op ons balkon (kamer 17) een mooi uitzicht op het kasteel Haut Koenigsbourg. De kamer was ruim. Dat was positief, er was echter ook nogal wat dat tegenviel: - slechte matrassen - geen koelkastje en koffie en thee, of water op de kamer - je mocht genoten drank niet op de kamer zetten, moest per drankje afrekenen. Dat voelde niet gastvrij - restaurant heeft per dag een vast menu. Je moest vooraf reserveren. Als de ene geen vis of vlees lust, of vegetarisch is en de ander wel heb je een probleem. Wij hebben er dan ook niet gegeten. - receptiemedewerker keek niet eens op als je binnen kwam, laat staan dat ie je begroette. Niet erg gastvrij Voor de prijs die je betaalde, een 4 sterrenhotel, dat ook door de ANWB wordt aangeboden viel het ons tegen. Al met al wel een fijne week gehad

Suite double supérieure, 4ème étage. Vue incroyable. Hotel bien situé par rapport aux départs des balades. Chambre archaïque, mauvaises odeurs, matelas défoncés, vitres on ne peut plus sales, douche rénovée, moquette à revoir, acariens très probablement bien présents. Mauvaises nuits. Petit déjeuner on ne peut plus simple. OK sans gluten (pain et fromage seulement à disposition + yaourt et fruits). Espace welkness top, même si la température du sauna n'est pas atteinte.

Désolé pour moi un menu 4 plats 2 entrés un plat et 1 dessert le fromage ne compte pas pour un plat pour moi il y a un loup je ne pense pas revenir pour le prix on s est fait avoir 200 km pour rien dommage le cadre joli mais je ne pense pas revenir cela ne vaut pas le déplacement

Very disappointed; smells of sewage when entering the 70s style room; zero catering single menu without choice and unjustified price at 35 euros (pâté as a starter chicken pasta inedible as a camembert and crème brûlée dish)…. Breakfast where you have to ask for the orange juice, napkins and small ramekins for the jam; we won't come back, that's for sure!
