The place was okay, not what I would consider to be “very clean” there were hairs here and a lighter beneath the bed but the room served its purpose. Trip.com says there’s a pool, yet when i got here, no pool :( that was my only reason for booking this specific place, it even showed a picture of a pool. This is the second time this has happened to me unfortunately, guess i’ll learn to call and double check next time! The ladies at the front desk were SO nice and helpful upon arrival though!

Check-in was easy. The front desk did not explain the rules for using the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very good, close to Union Station. No microwave in the room and the price was a little much.

When we arrived, the remote for the tv was missing…
And the carpet along the windows were wet +++on around 3 feet wide…annoying!
We could have asked another room…
We arrived late and had to leave early….
