The room is very clean and well-equipped. There is a printer at the bar that can be used at any time. The service is very good. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient.

my room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!

Love this place. Staff is so nice and they go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay close to SLU.

Hotel is beautiful, you do have to valet park but that is down town for you, they have a bar upstairs which is wonderful. I really do not think the lobby/breakfast area is really family oriented, it is more for business people. There are a lot of high tops and couches, only a few tables for families to sit at with children. They do try to be family oriented by putting board games in the bar and some big blocks to play with downstairs.

The check-in went well. They mandate valet parking however with a company vehicle they did not have to mandate to park cars. The staff worked with us very well. We did not have any problems at this location. This is a perfect location for an extended stay very new and lovely!

Element was an excellent option! Short ride to downtown but across the street is a super unique collection of shops and restaurants so the location was perfect! Add on top a staff that was incredibly accommodating and just all around EXCELLENT plus a clean, comfortable room - will definitely stay here again!!

The staff and the hotel was absolutely wonderful beyond belief, the only issue we had was the a/c in the room being weird but otherwise an amazing experience!!
