Nice hotel in St Moritz! Spacious clean rooms. Great location .

Staff were exceptional and location is close to everything, including the train to the ski field.

21 day Adventure in Switzerland. Planes, trains, boats, busses, 9 cities and plenty of amazing hikes. Our favorite 3 cities/regions: Lugano, Montreux and St. Moritz. Saw the tourist towns Interlaken, Zurich, Lucerne, Zermatt and Grindelwald. Day trip to Milan. Took the Gotthard Express, Bernina Express (bus+train), Glacier Pass, and Golden Pass scenic trains. Most enjoyed the Charlie Chaplin Museum, Mt. Rigi, and Chateau Chillon. From a hotel standpoint, we stayed in 8 properties either for either 2 or 3 nights. All properties were 3 or 4 stars on Expedia/Tripadvisor. Wonderful from The beginning to the end of our stay. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. Breakfast has many options, including juice, fruits, breads, cheese. One of the managers called Christian was very helpful and nice. He gave us many tips about places to go and sightseeing. We were greeted with champagne on our arrival and a nice note in the room. Christian acknowledge my husband‘s birthday with a special gift. We will definitely go back.

We stayed at this charming hotel for 3 days / 2 nights after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. It was not my original intention as i’m an Accor member, but i must say this is one of the highlights of the trip. We had 2 rooms for our family, which were beautiful and spotless. Kids were so happy that the bed was made twice per day, and with a toblerone by their pillows every night. The hotel offered free pick-up service from the train station , which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a couple nice watch shops within the same block, which a plus to me. Breakfast was basic but very delicious. Great experience with the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel if we visit St. moritz again.

Lovely hotel to stay. Very clean and well presented room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful-nothing was a problem for them. The views from the Sky bar were amazing. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Appreciated to pick up / drop off service to the station.Would return to this hotel.

First time at Art Boutique Hotel Monopol which situated in a central location in St Moritz. We went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. This hotel is stunning and the staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered us free shuttle to and from the train station. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was incredible and we were given a quick room tour. The room was splendid, incredibly clean and luxurious.
