We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. They only have valet parking for $35.00 a day which comes out of “incidental fee” $75 if you opt for valet, otherwise, you can street park but car needs to be removed before 7am. We disliked the cleanliness of the room (needed vacuuming under air conditioner and just in general, bed duvet had a blood stain on it in which we called front desk and they replaced, floors were very dirty. Our dead bolt was not working so that was another issue also. Pool area was very clean and very nice, pool towels are provided, nice work out gym lots of equipment (could use a good wile down and vacuum also in gym) Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options, very clean dining area!

I had an amazing stay and had the pleasure of being checked in by Soyeon Kremer, The Assistant General Manager. She made me feel welcomed and was very pleasant to interact with. The customer service was excellent, and I will recommend this hotel to others. I'll definitely stay at this property again.

This hotel stay was wonderful! The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is well stocked and yummy. And it’s right across the street from the Xcel Arena which was amazing after the concert we attended.

The parking is a bit expensive and the shower floor was too slippery to be safe,(thank goodness for the grab bar), but otherwise wonderful hotel.

The location was great for us. Close to restaurants and the property was very nice. The staff at the front desk were rude at times. The valet guys were great.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn! The front desk attendant Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in and even checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed in my room and didn't have questions. The bed was unquestionably comfortable, now over-used sections. Pillows fantastic. Overall very very very clean. The front desk at check out I didn't catch their name but they were also very friendly and attentive. The valet service was also outstanding - friendly, respectful and helpful. Rico especially went over and above to deliver excellent valet service. I would unquestioningly stay here again!
