酒店房間太小，十平方都不到，兩張0.8米的床，翻個身就掉下去，洗臉池只有兩個手掌大，牙具也沒有，插座一半可以用一半是壞的，那麼高那麼窄的床上還鋪着黑毯子，感覺躺上去就可以蓋棺了，嚴重不符合這個價格

Гостиница - историческая, в самом сердце Санкт - Петербурга напротив Исакиевского собора, знакомая каждому советскому человеку по стихотворению Маршака. Очень приветливый персонал, красивое лобби. Но, конечно, номера - стандарт - грустноватые, у меня был 399 с видом во внутренний дворик, где велись ремонтные работы. Стойкий запах пыли как в коридорах, так и в номере, очень не свежее покрывало. Кровать - удобная, есть всё, что нужно для деловой поездки. На завтраке есть всё, очень вкусно, разнообразно. Маленький, но уютный фитнесс - зал с бассейном и сауной. Во время ужина была там одна, прекрасно провела время перед сном. Отель соединен переходом с соседней Асторией, очень удобно. Всё понравилось, приятно побыть в таком знаковом месте.

Люксы хорошие , топовые , бассейн отличный , можно отдохнуть хоть с семьей хоть с друзьями , вид вообще потрясающий , все понравилось. Минусов не нашли , персонал нормальный , приветливый , оборудование хорошее. Все есть , люкс превосходный.

Месторасположение, конечно, просто восхитительное. Номер с видом на собор небольшой, но вполне вместительный. Очень приятно, что в отеле со вниманием отнеслись к удобству гостей и даже подоконник сделали удобным, чтобы там можно было сидеть и наслаждаться видом. Мы приехали утром и хотели просто зарегистрироваться и пойти гулять. К нашему удивлению, нам сообщили, что без дополнительной оплаты мы можем заселиться сразу же и номер уже готов. Это было очень приятно после дальней дороги, большое спасибо. Вечером попросила принести дополнительно воды-принесли буквально через пару минут без каких либо вопросов. В 16-17 часов в лобби проходит чайная церемония, не пропустите! Из небольших минусов-пользование лифтом только с карточкой от номера и температура воды в бассейне-24 градуса. Он больше как купель после сауны.

Брать только номер с видом на Исакий Месторасположение —топ! Внизу несколько хороших ресторанов.Вид из окна дарит настроение и вдохновение,вкупе со стуком копыт лошадей и каретами ,проплывающими рядом на улицах. Однозначно прекрасные впечатления

Ranking this hotel at 5 stars only, everything from the beginning to the end was just perfect, but the most amazing here is their staff, I haven’t seen that guest treatment anywhere I’ve ever been visiting. Service is 11 out of 10, and maybe rooms are not the fanciest on the market, but their price is adjusted accordingly, so you get the best for what you pay. I’ve even asked their staff names, so I can be more appreciative to them, so now I know all of them and they know me by my name even if I stay there once a year:) special gratitude I want to express towards their team leader Varvara, who is highly skilled professional that is very rare on the market nowadays, she solved so many of my problems, even helped me with my personal problems by giving advice where to go and what to by for my friends birthday, she helped me to order flowers for my friends and you will never get that kind of serve in any 4 stars hotel, anywhere in the world. So now, no other hotels exist for me in Saint Petersburg. Thank you guys.

The hotel does not live up to its stated status. Despite the 4 stars, prices here are slightly cheaper than in Astoria, but in Astoria it is much better and tastier. The rooms are old and quite dirty. It’s better to pay a bit more money and stay in Astoria. Very disappointing experience. There was no renovation in this hotel, all the doors were broken, the walls were shabby. So it’s better to go to Astoria!

Хотели снять номер в 2:00 ночи, но молодой человек Леонид на ресепшене предложил полулюкс за 40 000 рублей, при наличии свободных номеров подешевле, но в данный момент они были не убраны (с его слов). В смысле?! Т.е. это такое впихивание номеров за 40 тыс.рублей?! Или демонстрация, что номера не убираются до 14:00? Для такого уровня отеля я считаю это не достойно!!!! И тем самым теряете клиентов и деньги!
