Situation exceptionnelle à 10mn à pied de la place des lices. Hôtel très charmant avec un patio intérieur typiquement provençal. Si la qualité du service est irréprochable, notamment grâce au concierge et à Wassil pour la navette, le niveau de prestation des chambres ne correspond pas du tout à un 5 étoiles. Nous avons du changer de chambre car très vétuste avec entre autre un miroir ébréché dans la salle de bain et des joints de la baignoire proche de la moisissure, TV et le téléphone hors service etc…Aucune chambre disponible et l’hôtel nous propose un supplément pour passer en catégorie supérieure, qu’il facture bien évidemment alors qu’on aurait pu s’attendre à un geste commercial sur ce point 5/5 sur l’emplacement et le service 1/5 pour le standing des chambres

From the moment of arrival in this tranquil oasis, smiling friendly staff members are genuinely kind and helpful. The beautiful courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast, or the exquisitely prepared burrata, grilled octopus, and wine in the evening during the golden hour of light. Sipping cocktails or having lunch by the pool was a relaxing treat. On a practical note, the hotel will transport to and from local destinations to avoid the inconvenience of having to find parking. The Tesla destination charger, made it extremely convenient to rent a Tesla and keep it fully charged. The duplex unit with upstairs and downstairs king size beds, made for a comfortable family stay. We Will definitely be back and for a longer stay.

For a 5 star hotel I was expecting a lot more. The service was excellent but the hotel was dated. Mosquitoes inside the rooms was a major problem. The bar had bottles of liquor on display that they did not sell. Food menu was very minimal. Staff was very friendly and attentive though.

A delightful tropezian expreience. La Mandarine hotel offers you an exact high class french experience. The hotel was beautifully cured in details for you to experience authentic class. Our room was with balcony and terrance which offered a great view of the nature surrounding the beautiful building. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay so much there. The location was perfect, very close to Des Lices area. The breakfast was incredible, high quality food with a real french delicacy. The reception and concierge service were amazing, they took care for our experience every day. The concierge guy Benjamin helped us a lot with reservations in the busiest beach clubs and restaurants. I would rate this hotel 10/10.

La Mandarine is absolutely perfect. Being just 5 minutes away from the center of Saint Tropez gives you just enough space to relax. The rooms are much more spacious and beautiful than the much more expensive Hotel De Paris. The staff is so warm and gracious. The service is above excellent. We will stay there again and again! They also offer free shuttle service both ways to town!!

This was my second stay at La Mandarine and the hotel continues to be my favorite in St Tropez with its lush gardens, beautiful courtyard, large pool, and attentive staff. The concierge team - Olivier and Benjamin - really made our stay exceptional as they got us into all of our favorite beach clubs and restaurants, including ones that were allegedly booked (using their connections). My friends and I plan to return next year.
