We suffered food poison due to bad quality breakfast hotel was good rooms were clean bathroom was stinking because of reused water good location family friendly complementary breakfast should be mentioned clearly

A moderate sales talk by a goon named Nilesh. Was told about the costing, food etc but NO INFORMATION given regarding the basic amenities at the resort.. He turned to be the most foul, unvcouth, uncivilized and full of pride Sales person I have ever met in person who yelled, spoke like he owned the place and was shameless wrt his attitude. One towel, one soap and one bottle per day for a family of 4. Did this place forget about Covid ??? Thankfully we had towels and even soaps with us as though we anticipated rubbish. But water !!!!! We were the only family checking in on Friday with a package of 2.5 days and yet the service was PATHETIC !!! On asking what was the food arrangement at 2 pm...We were told the chef will make something !!! And the food was the most depressing part of the whole trip. Felt so cheated and absolutely out of any ways to eat anywhere else because this place is literally a jungle !!!! The manager at the report was absolutely unprofessional in his overtures with the women in the family and had the guts to stop the water supply to the room stating that the water was short. The next day a group of 16 women came there for an overnight stay and suddenly there was a flood of water. On asking him what was this nonsense he laughed like a wild animal and simply left the place. Over priced, rude behavior, horrible service, horrible food, cheap behavior and lastly unapologetic about the indoor games being totally empty. There were rackets but no shuttle, there was a carrom board with no coins and striker ! There was a table tennis table with smashed balls and one racket to hit your own head with !!! If u wish to have ur head in place never ever go to this place ! Lastly the manager asked us to pay for the water that we drank and the minute I showed him pictures of cockroaches and frogs in the kitchen he said Jaao Jaao ....Nahin chaahiye paani ka paisa !!! I wish I could have called the FDA Inspector to see the dirty state of the place. Visit this place at ur own risk !!!!

the service is not good and even food is tasteless .. No variety in food ... The staff is very arrogant and careless ... Need to change there cook . there is no hot water for bathing and none of the staff helped us to provide good facility ...
