Poca clase y mucha calle. Chabacanería.Julio 2024. Teniendo reserva a través de Booking, con política de cancelación incluida y pago al hacer el ingreso, llamamos 12 horas antes de hacer el check-in para informar de nuestra intención de cancelar el hospedaje tras surgirnos un problema de salud que requería redirigirnos directamente a nuestra ciudad de origen. Informamos de este contratiempo al hotel (nos atendió María). Nos dijo que no contemplaba la posibilidad de cancelación del cargo. No contentos con esta respuesta, contactamos con Booking y nos confirmó que la opción de anulación de cargo en cuenta quedaba delegada en el hotel. Así pues, volvimos a llamar al establecimiento, donde otra vez María nos confirmaba que no estaban dispuestos a cancelar el cargo a pesar de haber avisado con tiempo. No obstante, a pesar de lo anteriorz nos llamaron hasta en 2 ocasiones para confirmar que no íbamos a ir. Sospechamos que revendieronnniestra habitación o que le dieron uso a pesar de negarse a no hacernos el cargo en cuenta. La habitación nos costó 65€. Estaba de "promoción". No hemos tenido oportunidad de visitar el establecimiento; pero si así es como cuidan de sus huéspedes, probablemente ésta sea la razón por la que tengan el hotel vacío en plena temporada turística (julio 2024).

In addition, you can't open the windows as they are almost at the height of the ceiling, and there is no way to remove the heating so there is excessive heat… The most important thing for a room is good light insulation and a good temperature, of which there is nothing in this hotel. The breakfast is not worthy of A 4-star hotel, it is a ridiculously tiny room, which holds 16 people, and the quality and variety of the breakfast is terrible. To shower we only had a mini bottle of gel for two people… What we found is very different from what we had seen or read on the Internet. The only good thing we found were comfortable beds and a good location. The price asked for this hotel and the stars it has are totally disproportionate to its features.

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad, por el precio esperaba más opciones. Las camas cómodas, pero mi habitación estaba junto al ascensor y se escuchaba bastante ruido, muchas familias con niños que gritaban hasta tarde, falta insonorizacion.
